Stay away from this property if you are looking for customer service, quality, and services that they advertise online. Horrible customer service and unresponsive and unprofessional management. We stayed there for 4 nights in Dec 2023. On our first night, we reported a nonfunctioning hot tub, but nothing was done to get the hot tub fixed during our 4 nights/5 days stay. After sitting in a COLD hot tub, we went back to our room to take a hot shower, but there was no hot water in the shower at the time. It was torture. On top of that, we found a spider on the pillow and took it to the front desk to show the proof. The front desk representative didn’t even offer to replace the pillow. We found sliver fish in the bathroom. At night, we saw a few cats roaming around and sleeping on guests’ cars. There were lots of other hotels available in December 2023 that we could’ve booked, but we booked this hotel because of the hot tub. Also, they had a note on the front desk that there was no housekeeping due to the Christmas holidays, which we were unaware of at the booking. We didn’t want to stay there as there were a lot better/nicer hotels available for lower prices, but we were told that the Manager would call us to resolve our issue. 4 days went by, but no manager made any efforts to even apologize for the lack of services that we paid for. We finally saw manager, Vijay Singh on the site on our last day and tried talking to him. He brushed off our attempt saying that he will review our complaint and get back to us. No action was taken by him until we checked out. Not even a word of apology came out of his mouth. They are compensating their unappealing Industrial location with lack of services. What a shame! Best Western Franchise should be ashamed of letting this management represent their name. It’s a shame they are calling this 0-star property a PLUS to fool people.
