Great hotel very happy with the stay.😃

Nice lobby with friendly staff. The issue we encountered is that you have to pull the door handle upward to get in the room which is no problem other than they should tell you that when checking in so you do not have to go back to the reception to be given that instruction. The room was large and clean. A nice shower that a nice showerhead. the air conditioning system worked well and was quiet.

The restroom wasn’t clean. We call the front desk at 1:30 am no answer for a load party. My wife and I have stayed here many times. You get a coffee maker but no water to make it.

The Hilton brand name and the photos included indicate that this should be a clean, maintained place to stay— it is not. Front desk staff was very kind and efficient but is the only single item I can say was good—or even acceptable—about this property. While surfaces of my room had been wiped down, nothing about my room felt clean: the carpet was stained in many spots, the window had handprints and drips all over it, there was no fitted sheet (just a flat sheet that did not cover the entirety of the mattress and had holes in it), one of two chairs had a large stain and hair in the bathtub. And then there was the smell: which was so overwhelmingly strong— a combination of old and new cigarettes and wet carpet. It was so strong, it was notable on my clothing and hair when I left the next morning. The elevator has a sign that is marked as out of order but a fellow traveler I was with was told it could be used: he did use it and said that the smell within was so unpleasant that he was gagging the entirety of his short ride. The halls were as unclean as the rooms, though some of the smell was masked by the signature Hilton scent. Finally, there was a very distinct feeling that it was unsafe. The gated entry, the notes on backs of room doors notifying that all cleaning staff had been equipped with panic buttons, and just general feeling all contributed to me feeling strongly compelled to leave. I honestly did not because I didnt want to go into common areas again.

My husband killed 2 small bugs. The carpet needs to be cleaned instead of just vacuum. The shuttle bus is supposed to be every 20 mins. We waited at the airport for 40. Called twice for them. Another individual had called also.

Receptionist we super friendly and nice. Got me check in and out quickly. Shuttle to airport made everything super smooth driver was nice as well and helped with bags.

Couldn’t find my booking then gave me an occupied room then told us breakfast ended at 10:30 when it was 10

This is an older property but the furniture is all new and the shower pressure and hot water is amazing! Staff was very nice and it was great to have the airport shuttle. We would stay here again.

It was okay. Door to our room had crumbled wood pieces inside it, so made it difficult to open and close and the room smelled weird. Literally had to use my shoulder to force it open. They also did not disclose before hand that you have to pay 24 dollars a day for parking, and breakfast is NOT complimentary unless you're a Member. So be prepared to pay for parking and for breakfast. And musty old rooms.
