Made Reservations for a room with 1-king bed, non Smoking. When arrived gave us a room with 2-beds. Said they were queen, but seemed to be double beds. Went back to office after seeing mistake only after entering room for first time. She said they had no king bed rooms smoking or Non-smoking. I asked what was sense of making reservation for a particular room to be given a different room type. Take it or leave it attitude from only woman in office. Very disappointed-clothes rack barely hanging from wall, with more rust than chrome on rack. All other hotels in area full. Would not recommend to anyone not knowing what room type you are going to get even after paying and making a room reservation.

no handicap room.... the toilets were so low i could barely get up. he stated they are all low. there's also no elevator. a deal breaker for me. i probably won't stay again. That's too bad because the bed was great! they had a waffle maker and cereal, yogurt, pastries but no hot food. This sounds weird, but the lighting was too harsh. Wall lights were really bright. shower had nice hot water. Felt cluttered because there's open storage.No drawers to put stuff in. front desk staff very nice.

Rooms were clean and service was good. I can't say enough about the staff. I did not get a chance to have breakfast. Internet was good. Lots of channels on TV. Location was close to highway and job site. Restaurants for close.

The food was horrible, toast and water. The staff was rude and uncaring. People slamming doors all hours of the night . If you travel for business I would not recommend this hotel.! More like a drug spot.

I just wanted to get out of my semi truck for a little bit & decided to get a room, have a meal & shower. Just relax. I selected a king room with fridge, microwave, hairdryer, coffeemaker, etc. I selected from hotels website & made sure of rooms amenities. When I checked in, got to my room; I was very disappointed. There was only a bed & TV. I asked about a fridge & microwave. Maid said not all have them. Then I realized my TV didn’t work. Someone apparently had removed the second remote from the room. Yes, I needed two remotes for the TV. By this point, it was getting late in the day, bc check in is after 3pm. I decided I just wanted a hot meal & a shower. I won’t be staying there again. Even though the place was clean, it lacked the amenities I was expecting.

Check in lady was nice, room was ok. Felt musty. Bathroom sink had no cold water, only hot. It was ok for a quick few hours of sleep passing thru. Easy on and off the highway. Floors felt like they could be better cleaned, just wore our sandals instead of going barefoot.
