房間寬敞舒適，能看見外面的牧場和遠處的河流雪山，景觀很棒！前台小譚和巴姆兩位美女熱情周到，小譚帶我們看了房間幫忙安置。晚上酒店還貼心送來水果和點心，紅棗枸杞白木耳湯熬的粘稠甜糯，特別好吃。睡了一個好覺，很滿意。

酒店中央空調沒有開，房間配的暖風機，可以調節問度但是風量永遠是呼呼呼，出風聲音太大影響睡眠，晚安熱飲是白木耳，下雨天大堂門口無人卸行李。晚上八點半到的餐廳已經不接受點單了。洗澡水時冷時熱。早上起來下雪啦，四月春雪美麗凍人。

酒店位置非常好 幫忙升級雪山觀景房
酒店外觀設計藏式風格 與環境融為一體 由於定位為會議型酒店 室內設計的細節與舒適性稍稍欠缺 但服務非常到位 提前安排加熱空調入住時室內非常温暖 前台小哥哥也非常友善幫忙介紹周邊情況 並贈與雜誌 。

這家酒店挺好的，房間環境挺好的，衞生很乾凈，前台妹妹的服務真心不錯，來時還送我們熱的礦泉水和小零食，還有許多的小糖果可以拿，服務很貼心呢！房間挺大的佈局合理，設施設備很齊全，還有洗衣房和健身房，入住體驗挺好的，不錯的

房間衞生乾淨整潔，用品齊全，周圍景色優美秀麗，沿着扎塘魯措走一圈約2個小時，房間內可以看雪山，前台的工作人員小譚和扎西特別熱情，有歸家的感覺，下次路過此地必然還要住在這裏感受美景和體貼的服務。

升級了景觀房，直接看雪山美景。房間寬敞舒適，現在淡季，我看到酒店在做各種維修維護工程，看來還是注重保養的。送的藏式下午茶，果盤，宵夜，非常豐富。謝謝前臺楊帆，群措兩位小姐姐，和善有禮。
早餐比較簡單，不過也可以接受。沒有看到日照金山，不過看到了雪山和雨後彩虹，太美了！
