I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention. To begin with, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, and the food served in the restaurant was of an unacceptably low quality, akin to asphalt. In fact, each of the three meals I had was worse than the last. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning in both the reception area and the restaurant was highly uncomfortable, and the water I was served was of very poor quality. Given the numerous and significant shortcomings of your establishment, I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone stay at your hotel. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
