Отель не понравился совсем. Точно не вернёмся. Теперь по пунктам. 1. Каждый вход в номер был в сопровождении техника, которого, к слову, приходилось какое-то время всегда ожидать. Система электронного ключевого доступа давно умерла, судя по всему. Особенно это злит когда время ночь и очень хочется попасть в номер. 2. При заселении в номер не работал телевизор, несколько розеток, снова пришлось встречаться с техником…. 3. Сигар бар. Две встречи проводили там, обслуживание девушки на баре просто поразительное. Её почти всегда нет месте, ждать заказ максимально долго. Сделать заказ/ получить счёт , нужно походить поискать её, попросить. Поразительный сервис.. 4. Ресторан в целом не плох. Заказывали в номер. Вкусно! Здесь конечно плюс, за что собственно были и поставлены 2 звезды. Но даже при доставке ужина в номер, часть заказала просто забыли принести. После напоминания конечно принесли.. НО как это так в отеле 5⭐️ такой сервис 🤦🏻‍♀️ Одним словом, при том, что отель позиционирует себя как 5⭐️ и при такой стоимости конечно должен быть совершенно другой уровень сервиса. Не рекомендую!

LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

The hotel is nice, but the communication cost is too high. The assistant confirmed with me that I booked a high-rise river view room. It turned out that it was not the case at all. My room was given a view of industrial building wasteland The spa is also very strange. When I came in, no one asked me where I lived. I chased after the whole spa to the locker room and asked me if I was a hotel guest. News headlines and the pool is a long walk from the locker room kind of like I have a cold anyway The bar is even more speechless. The Bloody Mary is the worst salty and spicy soup I have ever tasted at St. Regis, like gaspacho. If this soup is called Gorbachev’s life as a cocktail, it is understandable. If Gorbachev comes and tastes it, he will be rejected The hot old tear called the bartender an expert The bartender's comprehension ability is relatively limited, so don't ask too much, almost enough. His cocktail shape can basically make people go back outside Stalingrad. I saw the t34 all over the mountains and plains attacking me. His cocktail tile. It can be called the Soviet nuclear power. It is really a glass of red liquid in a cylindrical round cup, sprinkled with some white powdered cheese I don’t think it’s very pleasant, but it’s very funny. You can come and experience it. There’s a feeling of powerlessness, that is, they really work hard, but they just don’t understand well. What you want and what you get are not the same thing at all.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

Stayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.

I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

For the amount you pay for the stay the hotel is well beyond the expectations! The rooms are clean, perfect interior, tasty breakfasts. Relatively small rooms, but again for the price they request they are better than most of the hotels and apartments to rent. Nice sitting area downstairs. If you have some time before the flight, but don't want to hang out in the city with the luggage, you can sit here or leave your luggage. Nice and pleasing staff. Generally Hilton Hotels are the best hotels that I have experienced.

We have already stayed here, once forgotten the keys to their apartment in another city)) though we lived in Astana for 8 years. Then several times we have settled here friends who have come from Russia for visas to the American Embassy. It is through the road - it is undisputed plus location. Now we moved from Astana. And when the question of obtaining a visa has already been raised for us, without thinking, booked it, on the old memory. The quality of the service has fallen just to zero! Cleaning no!!! We arrived late in the evening with two small children, for a long time could not get to the territory first by taxi (the guard didn't even let the suitcases go). Then they could not get through the homephone. And this is a residential complex, not just a hotel. No instructions anywhere, nobody took care of at least the plates hanging in the entrance... Where to call? On what floor to go up to find a recipient? D6)))) Go to the room, put children in the dark in the bedroom. They started to lay the sofa and lay the second set of clothes, and it was dirty, unsleepy and all in the hair. I call the reception and hear: ”The waitress will come in the morning, now no one is there.” After a long discussion, they all brought the underwear. And in the morning I found that the underwear on which the children slept was dirty too. With the protector from the shoe on the roll. The shells are frozen, the water is not going away. On the third day, I called the supervisor and they allowed the apartment to be vacated by me. They pulled out bottles of pelvis inside of the bed, vacuumed the furry carpet and washed the long-unwashed floor. The raccoon also brought in order. Stayed here for a week with my family. Hotel itself was nice and in a good location. Booked the family room which was big and nice. Breakfast and room service was good. All staff was pleasent and good. Spoke english well and very helpful. The confusion comes with the amentities. You have to have a pass from the front desk for the pool, gym, and everything. I booked and paid for 4 people. The hotel would only give passes for this for 2 people. Not as advertised. Not a child friendly hotel. Kids can not swim in the pool unless they are 13 years old. The pool, gym, and spa are different than hotel. Not easy to use. Have to get a pass and show passports to just use the gym or pool. For adults the hotel would be fine for just 2 people. For a family you need to look at another hotel. I paid a lot for these rooms and amentites and did not get what was advertised.

I stayed at the Comfort Hotel for a few days. It was a great stay - rooms are big and clean. Great value for ur money. I’d like to especially point out how helpful the staff was. Especially Mr. Kim from the reception helped with great advice and made me feel very welcome. I’ll definitely come back!!!

Отличный вариант отдохнуть во время долгой пересадки. Летели с подругой во Вьетнам, увидели этот отель и на обратном пути заранее забронировали две капсулы. Нам ответили очень быстро и подтвердили время. Благодарю администратора Жазиру за профессионализм и помощь по всем вопросам. Капсула отличная, белье белоснежное, дают полотенце, можно принять душ. Есть wi fi, можно зарядить телефон. Оплата в тенге, обменник в аэропорту меняет рубли и доллары. С российской карты снять деньги нельзя.

A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

Stayed here for a week with my family. Hotel itself was nice and in a good location. Booked the family room which was big and nice. Breakfast and room service was good. All staff was pleasent and good. Spoke english well and very helpful. The confusion comes with the amentities. You have to have a pass from the front desk for the pool, gym, and everything. I booked and paid for 4 people. The hotel would only give passes for this for 2 people. Not as advertised. Not a child friendly hotel. Kids can not swim in the pool unless they are 13 years old. The pool, gym, and spa are different than hotel. Not easy to use. Have to get a pass and show passports to just use the gym or pool. For adults the hotel would be fine for just 2 people. For a family you need to look at another hotel. I paid a lot for these rooms and amentites and did not get what was advertised.

The 40m2 number was removed for a family of three for a month. Of the pluses: -the next day gave a large family room without extras - cleaning every day, replacement of bedding 1 times a day -spa salon - restaurant -inclusive breakfast -welcome staff - good location - kitchen in rooms(apartments) -The room is not killed and cozy Minus: -The hearing is terrible(though written about noise in rooms) and walking up to 3 nights at neighbors(with alcohol and furniture re-set). -a strange contingent, despite the application for a ”family hotel” (the workers, the couples seeking love) - the extracts carry the smell of smoke in our room (the neighboring room for smokers, even smells from the rooftops) - on the 1st floor of the banquet hall , Where constantly the bases, from which even the berushes are not saved (and banquets often from 12 days, about a quiet hour for children in the hotel, apparently forgot?) - a children's room after a day all in the trash and dust. There is no sign of behavior: To remove shoes, not to visit with the signs of an orvie, not to waste (we were rare, because often children with cough and thorns on the knee went, comments did not make them, although all the information about the coronary virus hangs), The trash is thrown right there. Conclusion: If you go to the family, you can find an apartment or other options, it may be cheaper and pleasant.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.
