Отель на высоком уровне. Бассейн с хаммам, просто супер. Массажистки делают прекрасный массаж, спасибо им. Еда в ресторане и Кафе отличная, вопросов нет ни к чему. Номера в отеле без каких-то недочетов, по крайней мере я из не увидел. Кровать и постельное белье это супер, так я ещё ни в отдели отеле не высыпался, не хотелось выходить из кровати. Что не очень понравилось: это не довольные работницы бара и ресторана которые занимаются рассадкой за столики, и это уборщица которая в восемь утра долбила в дверь с желанием убраться в номере) сон конечно как рукой сняло, но зато позавтракали спокойно, без наплыва народа. Все остальное очень понравилось, видно что отель занимается безопасностью от Ковид. Рекомендую этот отель и в дальнейшем буду останавливаться

After visiting this hotel, I had a mixture of emotions because I saw spacious and clean rooms and apathetic and rude staff. I have list of comments about hotel staff. First of all, I would like to highlight the very strange habit of the staff to enter the room without knocking. I was in a state of shocking when the door of the room opened and the housekeeper entered without first knocking. Second, hotel workers don't follow covid-19 protocol, and I can illustrate this with a specific example. Next to hotel's elevators posted papers stating that because of pandemic situation, no more than two people can be in the elevator at the same time. Despite this rule, three hotel employees entered the elevator while my family and I were there. When I pointed out on this rule, they just told me that this rule is not for employees. Really? I don't think so! I was really disappointed this situation. Definitely, the hotel staff should not have broken the rules. Next, the employee in the restaurant did not react to my request. It is clear that the staff should work more efficiently and professionally. Despite many mistakes by the staff, the room and pool were pretty good. In addition, the location is great.

Excellent hotel prime location, the building is amazing beautiful to visit even if not staying. The food at the two restaurants that we visited was excellent and the prices for European standard cheap. Must go for tea and desserts, right across the opera with beautiful views.

Номера сами неплохие, удобные кровати , шумно так как окна выходили на театр, а значит и на дорогу. Нужно сказать спасибо отдельно за уборку и на этом все хорошее заканчивает. Отдел бронирования это полный УЖАС!!! Нет оперативного телефона для связи все вопросы только через почту !!! Очень не удобно !! Руководству стоить подумать о том что бы использовать мобильные телефоны для связи гораздо удобнее но скажем спасибо что хоть не через почту России . Мы ехали отдыхать из далека разница во времен -4 часа из-за этого еще больше не удобно. Постоянная путаница в бронировании новогоднего банкета. Который кстати своих денег вообще не стоил , еда отвратительная , но напитки качественные на этом и спасибо. Заявленый фуршет скудный на всех гостей не хватило. Парковка слишко маленькая на всех гостей тоже не хватает. Думаю это была моя последняя поездка в данный отель. При бронировании отдыха сложилось впечатление что они мне платят за то что я к ним еду , а не на оборот.

Отдыхали с детьми ,забронировали номер люкс,приехали в 12,(это очень не удобно ,что заселение в 14),предложили ждать в холле,и наш люкс занят до 18.00,хотя бронировали за неделю,выпросила на ресепшен комплимент, бассейн очень холодный,а в хамам температуру ,что согретцп не могла,дети оставили зарядку в тренажёрке,когда утром пришли ,не кто не видел ,нашли после того как настояла на камере,оказывается взял персонал,и вернули.Заявлено что бассейн и тренажерный зал круглосуточный,но в 23.15 дверь закрыли ,как бы мы не стучали ,не открыли и очень много работающих и плохо говорящих на русском языке узбеков.Шведский стол завтрак хороший ,а ужин это что то ,салаты два вида уже выложены в тарелочку,из горячего ,рёбрышки свиные и рыба на пору ,очень,очень маленькая линия,ее так и не назовешь .Вообще разочаровано .

Хамам и Бассейн зимой это просто супер. Хорошая 5-ка, с достойным завтраком, разнообразным и вкусным. Прекрасное расположение, самый центр города. Чисто, кровати удобные, номер укомплектован всем необходимым.

Прекрасный пятизвёздочный отель в самом центре Новосибирска. Просторный номер с большой ванной комнатой. Чисто. Тихо (несмотря на то что центр города). Полный набор всего необходимого для комфортного проживания - большой телевизор, сейф, гладильная доска, утюг, мини-бар, чайник, гигиенические принадлежности. Большая кровать с хорошим матрасом. Отличный завтрак начинающийся с 6.30. В отеле есть СПА зона с бассейном и небольшой тренажёрный зал.
