Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road)

Nice clean room, hairdryer and vanity unit was good. Room had extra pillows. Lovely views from the restaurant and a good buffet breakfast. Well worth the money. Hotel quiet at night, some lovely bars close by. We stayed to see a gig at the arena, great location and a short walk to the arena and bars near by.

Thank you for the pre-order this was due to going to a concert near by, the pizzas were lovely cooked by a gentleman called Lee and the service from 2 ladies called Morgan and Helen was perfect overall was amazing and would come again and recommended to others

We came for dinner and we were greeted by Morgan and Helen, they were really welcoming and lovely. The food we had was beautiful, probably the best pizza I’ve ever had! Lee brought it out to us and again, we had amazing service. Even my son agreed it was the best pizza ever!

Stayed here for one night for work and the staff were lovely! Really accommodating and made me feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and quiet, I was very impressed. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. Nice food too!!!! 5 * from me.

Could not fault any aspect of our stay at the Premier Inn Nottingham Arena. From the moment we checked in, Michelle and Lorraine could not have made us feel more welcome. From working reception to serving in the restaurant, they were everywhere, doing a fantastic job! The room as always was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would most definitely recommend to others.

First time in a Premier Inn and well impressed, good staff, room comfortable and clean, excellent bed and very reasonable price. Very good cooked breakfast and car park easy and pay when leaving. Would certainly stay again

Excellent location with great parking. Room clean and bright, we were on 6th floor. We didn't book breakfast, but they got us a table. Staff were lovely and welcoming and great service at breakfast. Car park was a good price, and we could see our car from our room. We went to the arena for a concert, five minute walk, so great location fir that, and Nottingham centre itself. Definitely stay again.

Stayed here for an extra night after a week at Centre Parcs . We arrived about 11 but were not offered any early check in . We left the car and arrived back at 5 . We were put in room 216 , right next to the exit door to the lift . Little did we know right next to the noisy steel staircase !!! We heard every single person come down and go up that staircase which sounded like a herd of elephants every time !!! The noise was unbelievable and I can’t believe the hotel even use this room . It was made aware to them the next morning but the staff didn’t seem that interested , and were more busy in their own little private chat . We found most of the staff the same at this hotel unfortunately. Also the car park is an absolute rip off at £18 for 24 hours !! Surely guests should get free parking or at least a discount !! We stay in a lot of premier inns and this is by far the worst we’ve stayed in . Definitely avoid room 216 though !!!!

The main thing I needed was a comfy bed which, as always I got. The hotel is surrounded by busy roads but due to it being triple glazed there was no road noise at all. The welcome was friendly and welcoming and was quick. The dinner I had was delicious and I would definitely recommend it.
