Checked in just after midnight without any problems. Large comfy bed and all the usual amenities. Would stay again

Very family friendly place with the right focus on making families comfortable. Good facilities, we particularly enjoyed the VIK facilities and the swimming pool!

When i got to my room, the door was open, rubbish and saw dust across the entrance, heating wasnt working and the bathroom extractor very noisy.. but i went to reception and they were not only apologetic, but very helpful with resolving and changing my room

Service was very friendly. Hotel facilities good. Nice breakfast selection and reasonable evening meals. Plenty of parking. Room was in poor condition. Very cold - only heating was a small oil-filled radiator. Towel rail did not work. It was clean but bad condition and so cold I checked out early.

The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights.
The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed.
Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious.

The overall stay was great. Kind and helpful staff and the installations well prepared. We could relax at the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. After that, we got new fresh hotel towels.
We had a good family weekend. Even we played board games at the bar.

All the staff was really friendly made you feel really welcome as soon as you walk into the hotel the room itself was clean and tidy swimming pool is great for the kids foods good overall really good experience at this hotel we will definitely be staying again sometime.😊
