Very nice hotel located in the countryside: Nice and modern hotel with very good rooms. The restaurant offers very good food and the service was also very good. In the summer, there is a nice seating area outside. There are 5 or 6 charging stations

We stayed here with our daughters family also to attend a wedding near by. Our experience was wonderful. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the dining experience superb. The rooms do not have air conditioning and we need it cool to sleep well but the open windows and fan were enough to be comfortable.

Excellent breakfast, nice room, great location 8 km of the highway in a small old styled German town located on the outskirts next to a park / forest. Had we known about it in advance, we could for sure have stayed longer, but after a 10h car ride, this was just the kind of place you need to recharge, and get on the road again.

The hotel is located a bit remote. We arrive Sunday, only to find that everything at the hotel resturant, bar room service - all was closed. There was only a receptionist. If tey dont

Wiederholter Aufenthalt und die Qualität vom Check-In bis zum Frühstück tadellos. Was uns besonders gefällt, ist die Art und Weise der Mitarbeiter/Innen. Völlig wurscht ob die Menschen im Service, an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück tätig sind: freundlich und kompetent gleichermaßen. Küche mit den angebotenen Produkten sind über dem Durchschnitt und wer Wert auf regionale Verkostung liegt, ist hier schmackhaft und wirklich gut bedient

Wir hatten am Wochenende ein Familientreffen das im Freigeist stattfand. Sehr gut auch für große Gruppen geeignet. Das Ambiente war toll, die Zimmer gross und ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Restaurant Bereich war sehr ansprechend gestaltet, man fühlt sich fast wie im Wohnzimmer. Essen und Getränke waren gut, auch die Bar ist sehr gut sortiert. Das Personal, bei uns durfte das Azubi-Team ran, war sehr freundlich und professionell, weiter so. Einzig der CheckOut und die Abrechnung bei der Abreise war eine Katastrophe und entspricht überhaupt nicht dem was ich bei 4* und dem sehr hochpreisigen Zimmer und Essen/Getränke erwarte. Aus diesem Grund auch nur „befriedigend“

Der Staff an der Rezeption war ziemlich ahnungslos. Check-in und check-out unglaublich zeitintensiv. Besonders ärgerlich, die bereits im voraus erfolgte Bezahlung war nicht im System auffindbar. Das Hotel sollte sich besser nicht der Buchbarkeit über online Plattformen anschliessen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, doch ein Teil des Personals erlaubt sich z. Zt. missverständliche Kommentare auch wenn um Höflichkeit bemüht. Bessere Ausbildung wäre hier nützlich.
