Hotel City Park

This hotel has been disappointment from start to finish. The greeting I got from the staff behind the Reception was miserable and quite frankly rude. 'Service with a smile' doesn't exist here. The first room I got was dull, very unclean and had small windows. I requested a room with larger windows as I get claustrophobic, only to be told they're all the same size. I was about to check out and head to the Meridien, before they turned around and offered me this room that had miraculously become available. The room was much better, cleaner, newer and brighter...and has larger windows - so the wo*** at Reception basically lied to me. I had to inform the front desk that the safe wasn't working and neither was the air-con. They said they would fix it - and they didn't. They in fact had no record of me reporting this, as I found out the following day when I had to report it again. After speaking to a lovely gentle***, I came back that evening to a functional room that I didn't freeze in, as well as somewhere safe to keep my passport. The cleaning service, despite being provided bey lovely and polite people, is very inconsistent. Toilet roll, coffee, water, mini bar...never all consistently get replenished - and when I call to request more coffee, the room service person waits for a tip...for a job they should've already done. WiFi - it took me 8 minutes to load this review page. You decide! Overall, the hotel is lovely and the communal areas are stunning. Request a refurbished room. Ensure your bathroom is double cleaned. Bring your own coffee. But be prepared to have the most miserable service at the front desk - not even a Good Morning. First rule of hospitality... I would never stay here again!

What a beautiful property with lovely people! The vibe, the views, everything feels and looks top notch. All staff members were incredibly attentive we felt most welcomed by flowers and Special Dessert and all our requests were attended with the best effort. This is the only place in Delhi l always want to come back. The restaurant has the best atmosphere, the food is very fantastic as well.

I have visited at Cafe 24 City Park with my family yesterday specially to eat South Indian food. It was a terrible experience to be there. The food was extremely bad. I have never had such hard Idli. It was not at all expected from a reputable hotel to serve such poor quality of food. The service was slow, had to wait for long. I was very disappointed that even after spending Rs. 8000 we didn't eat good food. Also I did complain the staff regarding this but not received an expected revert. They should improve the quality of their restaurant, otherwise they are going to lose regular customers like us.

I would have given it 0 stars if there was an option to. I stay in New York, USA and my fiancee lives in California, USA. We had booked hotel city park for our wedding and we had to cancel our wedding due to covid. The ***agement did not return our money nor they are cooperative. Our family has personally requested the ***agament several times but in vain. Even we work in a customer service industry and we understand that a customer is king but the ***agement of city park is rude and money minded. They have taken our money and refuse to adjust our deposits. Even a 2star hotel has a better customer service than Hotel City Park. We heard even other customers whom we met at the hotel complaining about the ***agement. I do not want to name the people who work in their ***agement on social media but they need to definitely improve if they want to keep their hotel running. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the most horrible experience at the reception of the hotel. Mr Roy so called room division ***ager that he calls himself, I believe he needs to be reminded about the industry he is in where hospitality and service are the most important factors. The most arrogant person that he doesn’t even have ***ners or way to talk to some one. I happen to go to the hotel to book a wedding venues and was waiting with my family at the referiyon for the concerned person, meanwhile my father asked for something for which first he ignored him and then apparently replied very rudely dinky know for what good reason. Then I asked for some water for myself and my family and the same person told me that please go inside the cafe which is next to to reception and have it on your own then I had to tell him that we are family of 6-7 people how can you expect all of us to go in then he asked someone to get water and believe me for next 15 minutes no water served. This was my worst experience at any hotel and I immediately took a decision to not to book this venue for upcoming wedding and not in the future would recommend this place to anyone. My Roy you need to be reminded about your profession I believe and the service industry in which you are…and I can tell al this because I belong to same one such industry. Never book this place guys believe me no service and arrogant people….

Felt like checking in in a construction site. Even at night construction was going on. Terrible experience. We called the reception at night, still the work was going on. No soundproofing you can hear your next room. In the morning at the time of checkout when we told the front desk there was no response, no acknowledgement

Excellent hospitality. Wonderful staff... Right from front desk to housekeeping. Very good breakfast and Attentive staff. Good and fast service...Quick check in and check out...room service is good

It was out first stay at City Park Hotel (Pitampura) Delhi, honestly it was an amazing stay, they have delicious food and the service was quick too. Loved the time spent in this hotel. Would love to thank the hospitality.

Rooms are very nice , staff is also very good. Food is really good.I enjoyed both breakfast and lunch.But the best part was Bar. I loved being there and enjoyed my drinks in really peaceful ambiance ***** with my family.
