Quarto limpo, grande, confortável. O staff super simpático! Jantàmos no restaurante do hotel e a comida foi excelente, os cocktails são muito bons!!! Pequeno almoço variado.

A equipe do hotel é extremamente simpática e prestativa, A comida do restaurante é excelente, Tivemos uma experiência infeliz com a suíte que reservamos, mas foi resolvida por Wilburt e a equipe extremamente prestativa da reserva, Infelizmente, o serviço de limpeza do hotel na suíte foi resolvido tinha sido ignorado, o que era uma pena, mas foi resolvido rapidamente. A vista das pontes é incrível e as áreas gerais do Hotel são imaculadas. Já nos hospedamos nos Quartos King antes, que também eram imaculados.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everything about it was superb I was amazed by the cleanliness and attention detail for such a big chain. The staff were excellent in the food was beautiful which is made even more special by that absolutely wonderful view of the three bridges from the restaurant. The room is also super modern and trendy. Can’t wait to return!

Be aware that there is no shuttle. We only needed to get to the train station, but couldn’t get a taxi or an Uber to come to this hotel. Taxis came sporadically. One lady had waited over 2 hours. Staff called for a taxi, and after we got into someone else’s, we went back to the desk to check on our taxi. We had been waiting over an hour at this point. The staff member said that she was unable to get us a taxi. But she never told us that. This apparently was because it was raining?

Really convenient access to downtown on the bus.... wasnt worth deiving downtown as the bus was fast and direct
