The common areas were clean, but my room had the stench of cat poop. I brought it to the front desk's attention, but they didn't seem overly concerned. The "free breakfast" was pathetic. The fluorescent light in my bathroom flickered so badly that I avoided turning the light on.
Does this hotel rely on their guests to tell them something is wrong or needs attention?
Other than the stench, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

A very neat and clean place to stay! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect. A great value for the price. I will definitely stay here agsin on my return trip!

Customer service was excellent..only two things I noticed..the bathroom faucet wasn’t cleaned.. toothpaste spit all over it and the microwave was really dirty..but these were minor and if ever this way I would stay here again.

not the best neighborhood area, front desk clerk was the kindest, sweet person. Our TV wouldn't work, she came in, got it working. Mattresses weren't the best but clean. Nicely decorated lobby and room. Coffee in lobby 24/7 plus coffee maker in room.
