Very comfortable new modern hotel. Very helpful team. 15 minutes walk to octogon with plentiful cafes and restaurants. Walking is sometimes draining but all around very enjoyable

The room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and a huge bathtub! The location was good, close to everything but quiet. We will happily stay there again.

Such a gem! One of our favorite stays in New Zealand. The staff was so friendly and recommended things to do and eat in the city. The location was walking distance from so much. The room was so well equipped, with a kitchenette and laundry in-room. The bathroom and jacuzzi tub were also a highlight. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Lovely property with everything you need in a central location in Dunedin. Spotlessly clean and well run. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfect. Super clean, seems virtually brand new. In room laundry and kitchenette. Excellent bedding. Very comfy. Nice seating area, very spacious. Great view from our 4th floor balcony. Free parking. Easy walk to everything in town. Nice lounge area with afternoon service of wine and appetizer platters at a reasonable cost. Neville and Sandra are fantastic hosts. Highly recommended!

Staying at this apartment was awesome, from check in to check out. Definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very clean, warm, modern and comfortable. The view over the city was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.
