The suite itself was clean but the bathroom wasn’t touched- there were hairs, presumably *****, on the bathroom floor and a bathing suit left in the shower. So also assuming the shower wasn’t cleaned if the persons before us bathing suit was left there.

Nice and cozy and very close to North Conway downtown area. Pool, hot tub, big room, very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, room was clean. Lots of fun things to do, with a pool table and a game room. (I don't remember if there's a swimming pool.) No restaurant or food option on site.

This is our favorite place to stay. We stay here every time we go up north. Never to busy, we usually have the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The front desk people are the friendliest.

i did not like the room’s smell at all. you should remove/replace old wood to have better smell i think. The lady who checked in us was a little bit rude.

The room had a very musty smell and the refrigerator in the room also had a bad odor. The floor around the refrigerator had dirt and debris that was stuck to the flooring and it looked as if the area around the refrigerator had not been cleaned in a while. We left the window open trying to air it out and it helped somewhat. The furnishings and carpets in the room were very outdated and probably contributed to the musty smell. The staff was friendly but my husband and I agreed that we would not return due to the condition of the room.

Check in and check out was quick and easy and personnel was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked with towels.Heat and A/C worked well. Property is quiet, off the road.
