Property was clean and well kept.
Rooms where very spacious.
But the
Rooms facing the front can be bright and you can hear some road noise .
Worst is if you have an inconsiderate neighbor that keeps the TV on full volume all night
Like we did..
As far as the brightness at night you can close the shades..
As to the road noise or the inconsiderate people next door thats not the hotels fault..

Great location for any VA Wesleyan event. Food and shopping are close by and minutes away from the interstate.

The bathroom wallpaper was buckled and peeling. There was a hole in the wall near the window. The legs to the ironing board literally fell off when I pulled it out of the closet. Under the bed had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The worst part was when I had to call for linen for the pull out couch bed. I was told, "that will be a minute because I am eating." Thirty minutes later I went downstairs and found him sitting and watching something on his phone. It was a horrible night, especially considering my family was in town for my father's funeral. I have never had an experience like this from a Hilton Hotel.

My stay was great, the property was very clean, quiet, safe, and affordable. The only problem that I had was that the TV in the main room was inoperable for 2 weeks, and that I did not receive any accommodations for that inconvenience. The staff was very professional, kind, and considerate, and I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was convenient to shopping and dining. Plenty of parking; a bonus since I met my friend at this hotel and we came from different states for a reunion.
Our room was spotless!
Hallways, however, were not kept clean. Not a big deal. Guessing they are short on staff like everyone else. I would stay at this hotel again.

The ac in the room we we’re in didn’t work properly I had a 2 year old and my 5 year old and when the maintenance man checked it out he said the ac wasn’t blowing cold because of the amount of ppl in our room an the body temp was the issue, we left fur the day and came bk the room temp was 77 degrees and none was in it so tell me what was the ac issue they didn’t offer a new room nor did the manager make it right if the ac worked the stay would’ve been excellent

I was surprised by the cleanliness and condition of our room at this pet-friendly hotel. I would not have known that anyone had stayed with animals in the room before us. The area around the property is nothing special. We were there on business. The staff was very friendly to us and the dogs. It meant a lot to us that they made it so easy to have our pets with us, and the dogs enjoyed the trip, too. I also appreciated that they did not charge us extra for bringing the dogs like some hotels do. If I ever need to go to Norfolk again, this is where I'm staying.
