Verano Resort Noosa

Absolutely loved our holiday here. The apar**ent was really modern, stylish & clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything for a long stay. The pool & bbq area was great for the kids & the grounds were kept beautiful. Can’t fault this place. Thank you so much, we will be back!

The property is not for kids. Management has a lot to be desired. The property had numerous kids staying there & all playing respectfully as kids do until management decided to step in and complain about the 10 kids making noise in the pool during the day. No bad language… no fighting … just kids enjoying the summer. Extremely disrespectful of management to do what they did. Oh but it was ok for adults to make noise drinking on the balcony at night ..

We did not have working air conditioning for 3 days until they finally moved us after complaining so much. Very hard to sleep as fan was not great either! Not acceptable for 4 and 1/2 star.

Good accommodation for families, friendly staff and great location

A HUGE DISAPPOIN**ENT Whilst my wife and I had booked an apar**ent months in advance and requested a quieter location, we got an apar**ent beneath one being renovated. For three days (at a time I was unwell and needing to rest) we endured the use jack hammers being used to remove exisiting floor tiles, an assor**ent of electrical tools used to dismantle existing cupboards and then again to install new ones, along with the continual noise of tradies carrying furniture and appliances up and down the stairwell past our apar**ent. Whilst we appreciate and understand that all apar**ents require up keep at some point, management would and should have been across this project and not allocating quests an apar**ent directly below. To us, it's either very poor planning and or very poor customer care and just a crab for money. Making matters worse was how management were uncontactable and reception was vacant during this period. All office phones were diverted to voice mail, where messages were not returned. Upon our departure, little care was shown with regard to what we had endured with a final comment of " when you return we will try and find you a quieter apar**ent next time " - NO NEXT TIME for us.

What a beautiful resort to stay ! Staff were amazing (Jenny) our check in was at 2pm The staff were considering in regards to leaving our bags and communication was great Property was nice and clean Highly recommend

From the friendly service on the phone when booking ( I love to book direct so that hotel owners don't lose out on a booking fee!) to the spacious apar**ents and well kept pool area - this place really delivers. While others may want to be right in the hub bub of Hastings Street our family prefer this quiet haven and catch the free bus into the busy town Centre when the mood strikes us. With a spacious kitchen and generous living area, this is a home away from home complete with washing machine and ample parking. The pool is great for kids with a spa pool and shallow kids pool. A short walk to the supermarket and an easy stroll to local restaurants and the river where you can catch a boat to local tours- we've just booked to go again! Thank you to Linda and the Verano team who really go out of their way to look after you.

It was our first visit and it was a great stay even though we experienced a very wet week that led to flooding around the Sunshine Coast and northern NSW . This certainly affected our holiday but our Verano accomodation was excellent. We had a spacious one bedroom apar**ent with everything we needed. Looking forward to our return in drier times .

The unit we stayed in was recently renovated with an almost new bathroom and ensuite. The two bed apar**ent was large and perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had all of the expected amenities that one could expect. Parking was secure and there were plenty of amenities nearby, such as cafes, restaurants and supermarket. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay there again
