服務態度還是相對官僚，可能是語言溝通問題無中文服務，英文簡單溝通，整個流程像“流水線”點到為止，房間設施比較老舊“日式榻榻米”，整體環境還是比較安靜愜意，房間不多，住客基本不打擾，適合放鬆，温泉原生態 基本沒有什麼人泡澡，可以做到包場，晚餐與早餐是亮點，懷石料理，管家服務；非常適合2人出行

어머니 환갑기념으로 타키노야에 숙박하게 되었는데 최고의 경험이었습니다~ 스태프 분들 친절하고 가이세키도 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다!

對環境和饍食都非常滿意，唯一是價錢頗貴。距離景點也非常近，服務也相當到位，尤其是非常滿意露天溫泉，感覺寫意。

房間特別乾淨，日式服務很到位，有種管家的感覺。整個酒店房間不多，全部都是日式裝修。温泉是當地火山的硫磺温泉水，泡起來特別舒服。和食也很精美美味。

酒店職員親切有禮，房間闊落，室內可以浸温泉，房間設備齊全，免費飲品類型多，露天和室內風呂環境優雅，用品齊全，晚餐和早餐食材新鮮美味。

一個老宅，老宅不老.房間舒適整潔.餐食可口，每餐餐前老奶奶都會貼心來安排食物，還會單獨為孩子換上適合的食物.是一個去了還會兒再去的地方.

The location is good but not perfect. There is some distance from the bus stop. So if you are traveling with any suitcase, it will be some challenge. The room is great. It has plenty of space and can easily open any size of suitcase. The bed is very soft. We even have a bath tub inside our room. BTW, it also has a free mini bar with some selections of cold soft drinks. The staffs are very friendly. The front desk staff speaks good English. They also help us carry our large to our room. The food is great and very authentic. The onsen is fantastic. Both the bottom one and the top one have very good view. The only thing I am not 100% happy with is the price. If you can book a room from their official website, it will be cheaper. Trip did charge some premium. However, it is very hard to book this hotel during the peak season on their official website . So I can understand that and can’t complain too much about that. But if Trip can match the price, then I will be even more satisfied.

This the the best hot spring hotel. Period. Staff is super friendly and sincere. You can try 4 different types of hot spring water type in this hotel. You will feel really relaxed in this hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back next time.
