Hotéis Family-friendly em Ningbo

Recommend! Convenient location, within walking distance there is everything you need (shops, cafes, shopping center, etc.). The family (2 adults, 2 children, 7 and 3 years old) chose a Deluxe room with an impressive view of the river (two beds). Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.

This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

Our family, including our two little boys aged 1 and 2, had a lovely break from Ningbo in the mountains at this hotels. The surrounding scenery is peaceful and beautiful and the outdoor pool is fantastic - very large, clean and good for kids. Our room was spacious (though it probably needed a deep clean a little more often - under the bed was a bit dusty!) Overall the hotel is a great place for a short break with young kids. Some areas could do with a facelift (i.e. the shop by reception is empty and has boxes sacked in it) but kids don’t mind this and what they do love is at the hotel - a pool, balance bike riding area, soft play center and an evening petting farm (which was very well done!)

The three of us booked a little yellow duck theme room. This is our second time staying in this hotel. Every time we stay here, it is a great experience. Whether it is the hotel facilities, hygiene, or the environment, they are all great! 👍👍👍I would like to mention the hotel's service in particular. From the moment we checked in, we felt full of sincerity and care! Including the beautiful girl and handsome guy at the front desk, the aunt in the housekeeping depar**ent, the waiter in the restaurant, and the receptionist at the door, they are all very responsible and dedicated! In short, when we go to Ningbo to play again in the future, this is our home in Ningbo! We are very happy to stay here, thank you for your excellent service.

The best hotel that I stayed at on my trip.very creative lobby with top design , location very good near a huge mall wanda plaza and can access all Ningbo tourist areas. The hotel team is very corporate and takes care of all details and , rooms will have equipment and big space and very nicely designed specially the bathroom. My family likes this hotel and plan to stay again.

Truly stunning. A warm welcome with amenities and extras all explained. Booked a spa treatment and dinner from the front desk. The lake facing room had the best view I've ever had from a hotel. A shuttle service to take us to the spa village. The spa treatments were in a cute massage house with excellent service. Dinner was at the fish restaurant which had a variety of reccomended dishes as well as meat or veg options. This allowed for a nice walk back in the evening going around the grounds. Good facilities with a lovely indoor pool and a games room. Breakfast had a huge amount of choice that was constantly being refilled. One downside was children running around with whistles blaring but that is down to poor parenting not the hotel. Nice again to walk around the grounds after breakfast. The room had a comfy bed and huge windows to show the view. A very nice bath too but it would've been improved by including some bath salts or bath lotion. Downsides - the air conditioning in the room wouldn't drop below 24°, fapiaos were a little complicated and not exactly how we wanted it, the shuttle buggys could be slow to arrive and the drivers could dissappear and you would wait for 10 minutes with no driver. The 'Red bar' was also closed so no where to go for a quiet drink. Overall I would give and 4 3/4 stars out of 5

The resort and room are beautiful. We went for 1 night just to use the pool. The pool was lovely and huge. I was shocked how cold the air conditioner in the room was because it was so hot outside. This made me so happy. We rented a golf cart to ride around for 80 rmb for 30 minutes. That was fun. The room was great and bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen. It was a nice weekend but honestly I wouldn’t return. You can only spend so much time in the pool and there is nothing else to do around the hotel. If you like sitting in nature and reading a book or meditating you will love the place.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel; the room is clean and tidy, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, they will arrange the room according to your needs before check-in, decorate the room, and pack fruits in advance when you leave the hotel, which is very nice

Sure, it is a stunning resort and overall we enjoyed the experience. However it is far from perfect. A few issues to consider: 1) I booked a deluxe room and relying on the picture I was expecting a sofa bed on the balcony. There was no sofa bed! Bummer. 2) The bathtub is quite small, mostly for one person. 3) The guest rooms feel/are quite distant from the lake. The view is so so. 4) The resort is not really on the lake, there is a road separating it from the lake. so no rooms or villa really on the lake. 5) They mention a shuttle bus to nearby Hanling old street, but it was only running every 2 hours and needed booking... a bit complicated for a 4 minute ride. 6) The main building with the lobby has very limited facilities. Just a small deck for outdoor dining. Overall ok, recommend to book on a weekday when the price is cheaper. I give 5 for service because it was a busy weekend and personnel was all very professional and efficient, but I did not experience anything exceptional. I tried the high end Chinese restaurant that was good and also the breakfast in line with a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel very convinient location The staff were very helpful and friendly. I do left my mobile phone there and hotel tried to call me and They kept it for me. I strongly recommanded this place and definitly would stay here again.
