Hotel was quite good, location is perfect, right next to city center, and parking is included. Staff was very nice and helped us getting a room without smoke smell. Room was quite spacious. On the negative side : the hotel and surrounding was pretty noisy (either door closing quite strongly, or the noise street - horns very painful in the evening). The hotel smells scold smoke, and EV charging needs a maintenance (I don’t think any of the station was actually in service…)

Ningbo is a special city to me. I have been back twice since graduation. I took Dabao once, and Xiaobao was three years old when I came the second time. The hotel I chose this time was a temporary reservation during the 5-1 period. This price is really a bargain in Tianyi. Great location. The professional and enthusiastic service attitude of Liang Shuang, the deputy manager of the front office department of the hotel, makes people feel at home. Will continue to choose next time!

Location good but room a bit dirty. We got fruits for the welcome. But we discovered yogurt near the bedroom when we came back the night after diner. We asked at the reception, it was apparently the clean team who enters to let some snacks... Swimmingpool is available but there was a lot of children. They enjoyed well. A big room for team meeting and conference ! KTV rooms were available but not those days due to covid situtation.

Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant and super helpful and friendly staff who is willing to go the extra mile. Convenient located with about 20 to 30 minutes car ride to either train station or airport. Walking access to many restaurants and stores, I will for sure stay again during my next visit

This is a very good chain hotel. This is a special choice for family travel. First of all, it is very close to Tianyi. There are shopping malls and the ancient town of Nantang Old Street. The subway is also very close. The price is really affordable and only 100 meters. More money, the aunt stayed and cleaned up in time. The water was free and the air conditioner was free. The room arranged for us was also very good. The performance was very good and the front desk was very polite.

The service was excellent At first, the TV in one room kept flashing, so I readily agreed to change rooms. I checked in in the morning and came back very late in the afternoon. They also changed it for me. KFC breakfast is delicious, and the little robot delivers it to the door On New Year’s Day, we also gave fruits as gifts, which was quite nice. The hotel looks clean and tidy, and the space is spacious. The shower, toilet, and cloakroom are all separate, the floor-to-ceiling windows are well lit, and the room is very bright. Hygiene is also okay, no flaws are seen. This price is not bad. This building is considered the tallest one around, so the floor of the room will be higher. The location is in the Tianyi Square business district, a short walk from the subway, and there are several noodle restaurants in my collection nearby. You can walk directly to the Qianye Club and the Old Bund. Recommend to eat Ninghai Restaurant and Weird Lobster, both are delicious!

There are few hotels in this location that do not exceed 100 yuan, one of them in this hotel city. I stayed for the past two days, because the room was too cold, the door card problem, and some disputes with the store. The good and bad have passed, and I still work hard to make money.
