Misty Grove Resort Hotel

It’s a very good budget place to stay… was there for all of 12 days…. The most impressive was the service… right from the manager to staff, all of them with such a smiling face greeting and checking on how our stay was… food is also good quality…. Getting up in the morning listening to chirping birds was very very depending.... Mr Baldwin was very helpful in explaining the routes for our tour to Ooty Wayanad Conor and other places from there as we hadn’t booked with any specific tour guys… his guidance also from where to purchase essential oils tea was very very helpful… knowing that my husband and I sing he organized for karaoke sessions and campfire experience, making it such a joyful experience for us… overall a wonderful experience to stay and relax… would strongly recommend this place for people looking to spend time in nature and peace quiet and joy.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family, had a very good hospitality, was budget and pocket friendly. Loving, humble and smiley service provided by their staffs. In their Restaurant they have standard food menu, quality and taste was very good. Appreciated the cook and waitress. 24 hrs room service, Rooms were clean and surrounded by greenish lawn and plants, if weather permits they will give camp fire, but during my stay was continuous raining so no camp fires. actually I went their to enjoy the raining with mist. Private Tea plantations are also available in this area we went their too.was nice.I drove up to pandalur and wayanad in a misty condition was enjoyable, but do cautioned driving, From here thepakadu , masinakudi and bandipur are easily reachable, consuming full day, government vehicle gives 1 hour off road ride cost 340₹ per person that's enough. Timing 6.30 am to 10.00 am and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. We spotted group of elephants, bison and deer's, Not advisable to take private jeep riders which cost 1800₹, 1500₹,1200₹, depends on your appearance and approach. I drove my own car to all places. If you are nature lover, and looking for mind peace, away from crowd, i recommend this misty grove hotel. Appreciated and encouraging the team to continue the humble and good service. Cheers.

Resort is well maintained, food was good and rooms were clean. We stayed in casa orchid room which had a living room with kitchen counter. Staff were courteous and the manager ensured we had a good stay. Lot of places to explore nearby. You can reach needle view point or wenlock shooting spot on the Ooty road in an hours drive. Only missing piece is a swimming pool which will make it a complete resort as pool is no longer a luxury but an essential amenity in any resort. Wouldn’t mind paying few extra bucks for a swimming pool

This is one of the best resorts I have stayed in. Highlight is the care and hospitality extended by each and every member working at the resort. Special mention I would make of Mr.Baldwin and the General manager Mr. Mathew. I have a slight disability that affects my walking and needed some adjustments for the washroom. Right from the time I connected with them in March 2023, they were very particular to make my stay comfortable. Once I reached in May 2023(stayed for almost 13 days) they ensured that I was well taken care off. Seeing my passion for singing, they organised singing sessions in their lawn with bonfire and all other resort members were invited too to share the joy. The place is surrounded by tea estates, weather was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious with all facilities well kept and tea and coffee sachets replenished( I was a compulsive coffee drinker 😀). The mornings were very calm serene, waking up to the chirping of the birds. Easily accessible in the main highway, I would definitely recommend a long stay in this place.

Nadugani's Misty grove resort is a real treat fpr those who wish to take a break from their busy life. The ambiance , the staff and food were so soothing and comforting. The climate and views are also wonderful. The staff are always friendly and ready to be at our service, The amphitheatre experience was special. Felt like getting pampered .

The ambience is amazing, the warmth and cordiality of the staff is enchanting, Especially that of Mr.Baldwin who has made the stay wonderful with his arrangements for music nights, delicious food and lawn party. Absolutely a wonderful place for the family get together.

Everything about this place was excellent and especially the warming hospitality of Mr. Baldwin was exemplary. Made us feel like we were at home. We had a great time singing in their awesome karaoke system, and this was a memorable trip. Loved everything about the property.

A very beautiful and simple resort, well maintained. Luxury cottage was spacious and comfortable for a family. Food was good and price was reasonable. The area is not as crowded as Ooty, so that was a welcome change. Visits to nearby hills and jungle were awesome, with amazing views. Staff was very responsive, courteous and friendly. Baldwin and Mathew were amazing. Highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation.

I was looking for a place which could accommodate 20 people and found this. When I booked this resort, I was worried about the food they were going to serve, as we are pure vegetarians. When I told them about this, they made a separate arrangement exclusively for our family, where only veg food was served. The rooms were very well maintained. It is located in the midst of tea estates and it was a pleasant stay. Not to forget the hospitality. It was one of the best hospitality I've ever seen. Mr. Baldwin was so kind and generous, though he was getting drenched in the rain, he showed us the way till the waterfalls in his two wheeler. Overall Rooms - 10/10 Hygeine - 10/10 Hospitality - 10/10 Food - 10/10 Ambience - 10/10 I would definitely refer this place to my contacts.
