The hotel is very nice and cozy, we like every corner in the hotel and staff are very friendly even suggested the good restaurant where was vary good. the room is well design and lovely. We had a good time stay in the hotel.

Room is huge compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. Modern styling, particularly loved the layout of the room.
Tv was a great size and quality but disappointedly didn’t have any smart tv apps you can log into. It does have movie and other satellite channels.
Bed was huge and super comfortable, 2 pillows on each side and a good weight duvet.
We stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay.

It was the best hotel I’ve stayed during this trip to Japan. The hotel is very nicely designed and cozy. The common area has everything you need and the room is spacious, very nice for couple to get rest and take photos.

What a remarkable experience! The inability to find words speaks volumes. Everything was flawless, meeting high Western standards. Additionally, we inadvertently left a sweater in the room as we continued to Tokyo. Upon contacting the hotel, the staff were immensely helpful in resolving the issue. They efficiently arranged for the sweater to be delivered to Tokyo, saving us considerable effort and allowing us to continue our journey peacefully. The service was exceptional, especially considering that the responsibility was entirely ours. Absolutely outstanding service..

The room is very spacious even though I got the first floor room but it is ok. The hotel has lots of parking lot. Staff is very friendly. I forgot my stuff and the hotel staff help us and very supportive.

The hotel is very beautiful - ambiance was great, room was great, staff were excellent. The very clean common kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and miso soup was awesome and a boon to the travel weary. We could warm our food in the microwave and conventional ovens. The hotel also offered artisanal bread, pizza etc. for purchase, which could be reheated or baked in the ovens. Altogether a great hotel but it was far from the main area near the train station where most of the restaurants and convenience stores were.

Hotel may not be at the most tourist friendly location but it’s ok for road trips. Hotel staff is excellent. Entire hotel from lobby to room is very well designed. Room is very comfortable and smart use of space that makes it feel more spacious that it is. 4 pcs of luggages, no problem at all! Interior design and materials used are excellent!

Really nice hotel.
Very serene and quiet location if u have a car it’s good to travel from here to famous Nikko places.
Tip: it’s very important to check which hotel u book, there r 2 Fairfield in Nikko area and the other one is much further away 25km from all the attractions.
