This hotel has a perfect location in The middle of Old town Nice. If you want breakfast buffet and a busy bar.. this is not for you. But if you want very clean and quiet rooms with Nice decor, this is The place!! The hotel has a small terrasse where you Can relax if The city g’ets to much. The woman who greeted us when We arrive, was very friendly and help us with great advice for lunch! Thank you!

The coolest guesthouse in the middle of Old Town Nice....minimalistic decor...simple, incredibly clean, high ceilings, tall windows, next to a cathedral. The mattress and linens....ah...A little challenging to find...worth the effort. Price point amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A little noise at night from the streets.

With a single closed door in between the ice cream shop and wine shop you’ll miss it apparently 3 Times is an average of missing it. Press the buzzer and the door will open. Beautiful unique hotel just loved everything about it A++ The rooms are all very minimalist yet well thought out. Air conditioning Love the stone

This place was SUCH a find! Great value for money, fantastic location in the old town, friendly owner, cute and clean rooms. Book early because it is fully booked all summer! The breakfasts are good value for money too. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Impeccable Boutique Hotel - centrally located. Proprietor Mckayla warmly greeted us weary travelers. Be prepared for a 300 meter walk and some stairs inside the hotel
Once inside though you will be glad you chose Rosetti Hotel.
Room was spotless and beautifully decorated

Excellent location in the middle of old town Nice and next to the cathedral. Rooms are modern, well equipped with good beds. No breakfast is provided (at least not during winter months) and only French TV channels are available ...

Gorgeous little hotel in the centre of old town. Beautifully decorated and our room was superb. Staff super friendly and received great recommendations of some restaurants on arrival. Lovely little courtyard to sit and chill in. Cannot fault and hope to go back.

Hotel Rossetti is beautiful. Perfectly situated in Nice Old Town you have everything you need at your feet. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and stylish. We loved our stay here

We stayed for 2 nights in April for our wedding anniversary. The room was gorgeous, large with a very stylish modern decor including a sound system. The hotel is well located in the Old Town but not noisy. Follow the directions to find it as it's a little hidden door not far from the church. Worth the search as it really is a hidden gem. We had no complaints and would definitely recommend staying here.
