Great hosts! Perfect house,spotless; charming; nice porch and yard. Perfect location for old town center and the theatres. Hosts very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and easy.

I love the location of this property. Very convenient to downtown and theatre. Love the wrap around porch lovely spot to sit. enjoyed the seating area inside which is shared with others for breakfast but otherwise was ours to use outside our room. The one negative is that it was noisy. We could hear the people talking in the room above us and walking around. Not a huge issue except the first night was very noisy until after midnight.

Finlay House was an excellent spot for our overnight stay. Our room and the entire facility were very well appointed. The bed was wonderful. We enjoyed that it was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping area, and the Shaw Festival theater. We look forward to returning here for an even longer stay. Highly recommended!

Great location and lovely house. Room was large and bed comfortable. Had a few things in the room that needed repair...empty picture book and headboard not secured. Also had multiple extra pillows and spreads on the bed, which since COVID I even more uncomfortable with. We also found breakfast a bit odd. It was continental between 9 and 10 am and when I arrived down the other guests had pretty much cleaned out the buffet. The owners said we could ask for more items but that seemed a bit uncomfortable to us. Especially since the room was quite expensive.Also found a 10 am checkout to be a bit early for a Sunday am!

Our recent stay at Finlay House was outstanding. Irene, our host, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Her rexcomendstions made our first anniversary trip incredible. The house and our room was impeccably clean and conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Queen Street. We were so impressed that we will definitely be returning to Finlay House for future stays. Thank you Irene!!! ❤️

Even though their website mentions free breakfast, there was no breakfast served. They didn’t have a decency to inform me in advance about that and to refund me some portion of the 350$ that I’d paid. The location was okay.

The B&B is very well located to visit the historic downtown of Niagara on the Lake with everything within walking distance. We were in the Oscar Wild room and it was big enough to fit an extra single bed for our 5 years old son. We stayed there with my husband and my son for 2 nights. Overall it was very clean however, bathroom or room were not cleaned during those 2 nights as you could get in an hotel. We haven't seen the host during our stay and didn't get breakfast as you would expect booking a Bed&Breakfast because there was an issue. They did inform us before our stay but didn't allow us to cancel

Beautiful house in a good neighborhood at a convenient location. Quiet, safe and close to many good restaurants and other attractions. Good service.
A bit pricey ($300+ CAD for a small room) maybe because of the season.
