This is an extraordinary hotel. The services, including in the restaurants, are top level, while the rooms are beautiful. The location is also very good, just across the street from the beach. Great views from our room balcony. There are only a few glitches. The breakfast is overburderdened; simply too many people at breakfast at once. One idea for the management would be to introduce a small charge for breakfast, which would quickly cut the number of guests breakfasting in the hotel. The other issue is the elevators. Due to breakfast assault and departures, the wait for an elevator may be quite long in the morning.

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain.
Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice .
Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist.
Breakfast was okay .

Overall it is very great, staff are very helpful. However, the temperature of sauna and steam room are not hot enough. Hope these would be improve and I hope to stay in this hotel again

Отель однозначно отвечает своим 5 звёздам. Очень достойный отель. Быстрое заселение. Чистый уютный не маленький номер (у нас был номер категории Премьер с балконом с видом на море на 24 этаже) с большой ванной (душевая кабина, полноценная ванная). На балконе два кресла, небольшой столик и лежак. Хорошее обслуживание, ежедневная хорошая уборка со сменой полотенец, отзывчивый персонал (отдельная благодарность русскоговорящим работникам отеля - Диме и Мие). Приветственеые фрукты и живые цветы - приятное дополнение. Возможность позагорать и покупаться на территории пляжа от отеля (шезлонги, матрасы, полотенца - бесплатно). Отдельного внимания заслуживает ресторан на 28 этаже с блюдами от шеф-повара - большие порции, отличное приготовление, великолепная подача. В целом, в данный отель хочется вернуться.
