Great location, soft bed and kind staff!!
Only problem is too much dust on the floor in my room. But still good value for money.

I h"When it comes to price, this hotel exceeded my expectations and was by far better than any other hotel at the same price point. The hotel was immaculate and extremely clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. If you're interested, you can add breakfast to your stay for an extra 100k VND, and the menu is quite good. I think that's a great deal! Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 5."

도착할때 엄청 더워서 고생했는데 친절하게도 12시쯤 먼저 체크인 해주셨어요. 남여 직원분들 영어 응대 친절하세요. 가성비 좋고 나트랑 바다와 시내에위치, 새건물은 아니지만 청결도로 봐서도 관리하는 면이 보입니다. 커피랑 차 , 생수, 샤워용품 제공되었고 침구류 냄새 없음. 벌레도 없고 에어컨도 잘 됩니다.(나무 가구냄새는 있음) 루프탑 수영장은 있는데 작아요. 나홀로 여행객분이나 저렴하게 잠시 머무를 숙소 찾는분들 추천 드립니다. 콩카페 지나서 왼쪽 골목안에 있어요. 비슷한 가격대에 다른 호텔로 괜히 옮겼네요. 알레나가 더 좋아요!!
주변에 식당이 너무 많아서 유료 조식은 이용 안했습니다.

정말이지 가지마세요... 딱 그만큼의 돈도 아깝습니다.\/
출국이 새벽 비행기라1박과 0.5박용으로 2박 예약했어요. 약속한 시간에 방이 준비되지 않았다고 로비에서 40분 가량 기다렸습니다. 첫 이미지부터 좀... 방 컨디션은 뭐 딱 금액 만큼이다 생각하니 불만없었어요. 근데 냉장고가 완전 멈춰있더라구요. 내부 구석 구석 누런오염도있고... 암튼, 냉장고 작동이 안된다 얘기했더니 처음엔 여직원이 차차 시원해진다며 "필요하면 우선 얼음이라도 주겠다"고하더라구요. 일단 더있어보자싶어서 나가서 저녁을 먹고 맥주를사서 들어와 씻고 마실생각에 냉장고에 넣어놓고 (그때도 역시나 냉기가없음) 씻고 나왔는데 사올때 시원했던 맥주가 오히려 냉장고 안에서 미지근해져버림... 문제점을 다시 얘기하니 프론트에있던 남자 직원이 방에 들어와서 하는말이 "이건 냉장고가 아니고 시원함만 유지되는 쿨러라고..." 이 무슨 말도안되는 상황인지... 얼음 주겠다 했으니 얼음이라도 달라했더니 손님인 나한테 따라내려오란다 ㅋㅋ (뭔상황?) 로비에서 5분쯤 기다리니 플라스틱 일회용컵에 얼음을 담아서 가져다 줬는데 얼음 상태가 한눈에봐도 이상했다. 방에 올라와 자세히보니 얼음 중간 중간에 약간 노르스름한 뭔가가 뭍어있었다. 이걸 손님한테 먹으라고 준건지... 진짜 화나고 어이없어서 세면기에 쏟아버리고 미지근한 맥주마심!
최소한의 기본적인 매너도없는곳이다.
심지어 냉장고 밑에 물도 고여있고 아놔~~!! 더운 나라에와서 냉장고 안되는 호텔은 처음!!!!
옮겨오기 전의 호텔에서도 그닥 시원한 냉장고를 사용못해서 나트랑은 다 이러나? 하는 생각이 들었고. 심지어 에어컨 리모컨은 지멋대로 시원해졌다 더워졌다... 온도 맞추고 뭐하고 의미없음ㅋㅋㅋ 아무리 0.5박용으로 했다지만 진짜 그 금액도 아까울정도입니다. 위치도 골목안쪽이고...

나트랑에 새벽뱅기도착이라 반나절이라도 쉬고 활동하려고
저렴한 가격의 호텔을 찾아봤는데요!! 생각보다 가격대비 만족합니다.
호텔조식은 별도로 비용지불하고 먹어야하는데 ㅠㅠ
이건 소소입니다. 나머진 가격대비 만족합니다.
