Beautiful place, wonderful staff. We were amazed at the service and the hospitality of the place. Big beautiful outdoor pool, great views throughout the hotel. Rooms were very clean, restaurant has great food. There are encouraging signs and positive messages around the premises. Thanks for everything.

What i loved more about this place is that how it’s so perfect overall, from the reception all the way to the rooms, everything was according to standard. The hospitality is next level. I even fell sick and was made a natural remedy which got me back up on my feet in like 15 mins. Special thanks to Judith, the Chefs and the restaurant team who provided us with a lot of quality service and help. Not to forget, the 1.2km jogging trail, pool and gym facilities were all up and running, the views at the amphitheatre and the lake was worth the walk. Overall a very amazing place. Surely a 10/10 place to relax and 100% worth the money. Will be back here again soon. 😍😍

The staff and emplyees are very kind and helpfull. We enjoyed the stayenormously! The house you stay in is very comfortable and has all luxery you want. The swimmingpool was to cold for me but very clean and nice. For sure a place you have to visit when you need a night in this area.

Wonderful stay! Absolutely loved the scenic environment, the walking trail, the beautiful hotel rooms and the stunning architecture. The staff members were very friendly, understanding, cooperative and welcoming. They were always willing to accept any constructive criticism. The food was also very delicious, wonderful presentation and amazing taste. The chefs also time to time asked for the customers advices and opinions. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was my third time here and I still can't get enough 😭❤️

Food was fabulous, loved the buffet, great staff, very helpful and friendly, beautiful grounds, main lodge and cabins, very clean, excellent little signs, would love to have stayed longer, lovely pool too bad I didn’t have time to swim, ping pong table and gym nice additions.

This was a lunch stopover on the way to Ngorongoro. There a several properties in the surrounding area, but this was the snazziest of them all. The lunch was excellent and the property itself was beautiful. I have never seen more beautiful landscaping and gardens. The hotel manager gave us a tour and a visit to one of the rooms. As modern and top notch (and really large) as you will find anywhere. I would have no reservations choosing this retreat to stay over.

The resort have amazing rooms, with fireplace and serene landscape. Staff are very friendly as they make you feel at home. Very careful all the details. Food and workout facilites also perfect. Great place to restore energy and great welcoming. Thanks

This property is amazing. Variety of wonderful Food prepared by a chef. Rooms were large and included everything. Great atmosphere and hot water for showers. You will not be disappointed. Staff was polite. I stayed one night due to our tour but should have stayed 2 nights at the Retreat.

Lovely resort, amazing staff. Amazing amenities, including gym, pool, and amazing dinner. Staff is amazingly at tentative and all around superb. Rooms are like houses, and beds are very comfortable. As well, the bathroom was very luxurious!
