Lovely clean hotel, with nice welcoming staff & tasty breakfast. Perfect for families. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely return! 2 minutes from the beach, town attractions & restaurants. Great little hotel if you want to visit Newquay x

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night while in the area for work. I’ve got to say we were pleasantly surprised ! We didn’t expect much and only wanted somewhere to lay our heads for the night. We arrived late at around 9pm but the owner was lovely, checked us in, showed us around and offered us refreshments. Nothing was to much. They explained about breakfast but we explained we would be gone early so wouldn’t have breakfast. The rooms were lovely, comfy bed, spacious and utterly spotless! 5* to the cleaner! On checking out I found the owner in the kitchen as reception was shut and didn’t just want to leave the key. She was lovely even offering if we wanted to take some food away with us as we couldn’t stay ! This hotel is lovely and we will be back this time we will plan is better so we get to spend a bit more time there and enjoy the breakfast as it looked and smelt amazing !!

The most amazing hotel!!!! Absolutely spotlessly clean - the lady that does this is a superstar. Hosts were lovely- so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous - so much choice. Really central location to access everything. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back

Lovely place to stay.Beautiful room with lovely decor,very comfortable bed and beautiful ensuite.All very clean and tidy and modern.The hosts were 10/10 for friendly helpful personalitys.Nothing was too much trouble,and they were both very welcoming.Because we had to leave for work before breakfast they made us lunch to take and a gigantic breakfast baguette this morning which was really nice.I would highly recommend the Quies Newquay.We would definitely go again if we are working in the area.

Second stay at this lovely guesthouse and would highly recommend it. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and a plentiful well cooked breakfast. On site parking included in price and a quick and easy walk into town. Friendly and welcoming host. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

We went for new year and what a wonderful place!!! We had a 4 poster bed with a complimentary decanter of sherry! Spent 2 nights and could not ask for more than the lovely hospitality of the owners....a wonderful bar with a pool table and fabulous a selection for breakfast!! We slept in and were not disturbed at all but our room was cleaned when we went out for a late lunch and returned back. Looking forward to booking again. So close to the main high street yet a lovely quiet nights sleep. Definitely recommend xx

Stayed here previously and as always doesn't dissapoint. Lovely family run hotel. Really helpful and friendlt. Amazing breakfast and really clean. Great location especially for surf and walk to town.

We came here for my partners birthday and we had an Absolutely beautiful room with the comfiest of beds, like sleeping on a cloud! A smart tv in the room with Netflix , plenty of space inside the room, lovely shower and a spacious balcony, very very happy with our stay here! Parking available out back, close by to everything in town, happy and helpful service from the staff and some friendly cats outside🥰

5/5 We paid only £60 for the night . Sea view , close to the town centre , comfy enormous bed. The hair dryer had a diffuser attachment which is fab for those of us with curly hair . Tea and coffee with desert size cups. Very friendly family run business.
