I paid extra for a hot tub suite only to have ZERO hot water. The temperature of the water was barely even lukewarm. I contacted the front desk agent who assured me she would contact management, but nothing ever happened in response. I wanted to give a better review because the place was clean and comfortable, but a lack of customer service on the management’s part was mind blowing. When attempting to check out the following day the lobby was locked up at 8:15 and no one could be found. Even the elevator maintenance man couldn’t get assistance. I left my key cards in my room and tried several times to call to let them know, but never got an answer. The housekeeping staff did a good job, however management lacks the ability to ensure return guests with a complete absence of care.
