The beds were completely comfortable, 1 car parking, small bathroom so if your a bigger person take note but it was a good as it gets kitchen was dainty and sweet but was equipped well, cutlery, plates, washing up stuff And Microwave was great. Heating and cooling was well worth the for the quick change of temp. Close enough to everything. Thank you so much for a great experience we hope to come back again and enjoy Cabin 10.

My stay was generally comfortable and enjoyable. However, I would have appreciated more activities geared toward children, as the options seemed a bit limited. Additionally, the jumping pillow could use some improvement, as it didn't quite meet expectations in terms of quality and maintenance. Expanding the range of activities for kids and enhancing the jumping pillow would greatly enhance the overall experience for families staying at the location.

Terrific park with excellent facilities. Easy access to activities for kids and great location to explore the surrounding area of the island. We loved the bird life. Staff were also super friendly offering up compliments that really brightened my day.

Very comfortable stay with great family friendly facilities. Nice quiet little park while being well positioned. We booked within school holidays and still didn't pay a ridiculous price. Park staff were seen about the park, always with a smile on their face. Makes a world of difference to your stay. Lots of new little additions to the park which was awesome.

The stay with family was great but our site and cabins were in the old area and not very clean at all and wondered why we were not offered any better options when we booked. Staff great, cleaners ordinary at best. Would have stayed in newer area but not aware of this option. Camp kitchen was great, play grounds awesome, location perfect beach side. Toilets clean.

Always love Big 4 quality and customer services are great , we stayed at big 4 Ingenia philip island this time however still love the old style jumping pillows before more fun for kids. Best location close to everything and we have quality time there. Thank you for having us ✅
