Modern loft apartment, it is very well equipped and within walking distance of Jesmond Dene and the centre of Newcastle. All of the furnishings and fixtures are good quality. We have really enjoyed our stay. They have the lighting just right with lots of additional side lights.

Really perfect in all ways! These lofts are a brilliant place to stay in Newcastle. The beds are super comfy. Shower excellent. Lots of thoughtful touches like tea and sugar & good quality hair dryer. Really modern and nicely decorated. Brilliant communications from Sarah. All the info you need and really quick helpful replies and recommendations. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Newcastle.

DO NOT COME HERE, repeat do not come here, me and my friends traveled 5 hours for a birthday weekend and we had our reservation cancelled for absolutely NO REASON, she claims we where shouting and playing music when we did not do that at all, we hadn’t even stepped foot into the premise when we got back at 2:30am last night and she met us outside saying we are on our last warning,she also blamed us for noise from the night before when we literally wernt even here. before we even stepped inside, long story short we went upstairs to our rooms and obviously were quiet because of our last warning none of us wanted to get cancelled after travelling 5 hours. Wokeup next morning and she cancelled our reservation on us so we paid £600 without receiving a refund and got kicked out the next morning for again no reason

Excellent apartments. Sarah provided us with clear instructions from the time we booked. Great location for the city and Jesmond and quiet at night. Easy parking in the area. Straight forward checking in and Sarah was always contactable. I would book again.

We had a lovely stay at Chelmsford lofts. The flat is beautifully decorated and very clean, all mod cons. The host was excellent and very quick to respond to queries. Ive stayed on many places in Newcastle over the years and this has to be one of my favourites, easy to get into town but also not noisy . Parking outside as well which is a bonus. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely stay here again .

Modern, lovely apartment - 15 mins walk to centre of Newcastle. Secure, safe everything we could want for a long weekend ! Restaurants and shops nearby. 5 mins to Jesmond. We came up from London for a Newcastle game and it was perfect. 5* apartment 5* service from start to finish.

Chelmsford loft nummer 5 is een prachtig appartement. Voldoende ruim, super schoon, modern ingericht, alle basisvoorzieningen aanwezig, mooie badkamer en heerlijke grote, fluffy badhanddoeken. De locatie is ook top. 15 minuten lopen naar de universiteit en in ongeveer 30 minuten lopen sta je midden in het centrum. Op 2 minuten lopen zijn er een aantal heel leuke en goede restaurants en ook het openbaar vervoer is prima. Sarah reageert heel snel op vragen en het hele proces van boeken tot uitchecken liep voorspoedig. Waarom dan geen vijf sterren? Het appartement is niet echt geschikt voor kinderen. De bedden zijn voor alle kinderen die nog rollen in hun bed (dus ook onze oudste van 5) heel onpraktisch (gelukkig mochten we het bed verplaatsen, maar het was even spannend). Daarnaast bleek dat het gewone (echt niet luide, wilde of onbehoorlijke) gespeel van kinderen overlast te bezorgen bij de onderburen. Niet fijn voor hun (want ze waren echt vroeg wakker), maar ook niet fijn van ons, want we kunnen natuurlijk niet van twee jongens van 2 en 5 vragen om de hele tijd rustig op de bank te zitten.
