Very nice hotel and near to newcastle airport walking distance. The room is very clean and comfortable. Definitely will come again.

The hotel it's self was lovely and the staff amazing. The room was very basic. The bed was so uncomfortable! Premier Inn beds are a million times better! Maybe ask them where they get there from.

Cannot best the location!!!! Trolley push out of the doors and into the hotel ( or vice versa). No worry about taxi or transfer. Restaurant OK but suffers from the same ailment of so many…. Blinking awful coffee!!!! Also those awful mugs …. I have said before….. I have taken to bringing my own decent mug to drink out of.
I ate in the bar last time - similar menu ( same prices) but no booking of a table required. Just got to put up with TV with constant noise or sport……
They let me leave my luggage while I drop off or pick up a hire car…. About 10 minutes walk away.
Always my first choice.

Checked-in late but it was a smooth process. The check-in staff was very helpful and was welcomed with a cookie for each traveller.
