Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was abundant and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Had a good experience here; customer service was helpful, they provide complimentary breakfast, parking is safe and convenient. The rooms are safe, and hotel is very clean.

When I arrived I did not know I was going to have to pay an additional $25 for “valet parking” and I didn’t have a choice unless I wanted to park in the streets of Newark NJ. There should be something that says there is an extra fee for parking and the nerve of them charging $35 if you want to go in and out!! This is not okay!!!!

Staff was amazing! The dining room staff was extremely friendly and helpful…particularly the manager. He was amazing! We arrived before check-in and were hungry. The front desk staff gave us a couple of menus for local pizza joints, helped me order and we were able to take the food to the dining area and eat! They held on to our luggage so we didn’t have to carry it around. The SECURE VALET PARKING was absolutely fantastic! To know that our rental was safe made our stay really stress-free. Location close to Newark Airport was very convenient as well. We will definitely stay there again!

The worst experience there was no shuttle so I tried calling the hotel and no one answered I tried for over a half hour I finally took a cab that cost me $50
When I finally got to the hotel and asked the front desk why they didn’t answer the young woman said I guess we were busy 😳
I was then told the restaurant was open till 10 got there and was told the kitchen closed at 9:30 😡
And the last blow was I asked for a 5am wake up call and never got it so I was flipped out and very upset only to be chastised by the shuttle driver I think I should be refunded at least for the cab ride 😡

Room was very clean but the floors are SO COLD!! Had to line the bathroom floor with towels to be able to walk on them.
