Our staying in this hotel was very disappointing. We arrived the first day, immediately I realized that they didn’t have enough people working on their teams because we waited 35 minutes to check in because there were only one person at the reception. The receptionist was very polite and gave us our room, but they charged me almost a $415 deposit, $300 refoundable and $115 for Amenities Fee which looked very expensive to me just for wifi. When we got there, we felt extremely dissatisfied, the room was dirty, the bathroom smelled terrible bad, hairs everywhere, that was disgusting… I called room service 4 times, waiting for other 45 minutes to got helped and nothing, I went back to the reception and the line was even longer this time and the lady on the reception told me that I needed to make the line again, I was starting to feel very frustrated… After a 15 minutes wait, I asked to talk with the manager who after a couple minutes showed up and took care of my complaints, he apologized for the inconvenience and moved me and my family to a new room. This new room was cleaned and 100 times better than the first one. The third day only 2 elevators of 7 were working, for a 27 stories building this is a really bad thing. The last day we asked them to keep our luggage while we leave to the airport and they took almost 30 minutes more to take care of us. I really doubt that we will stay there in the future
