Clean room, comfortable bed and in a good location. Close to subway and Brooklyn downtown. I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back.

Was an amazing experience at the hotel! Very convenient, accessible to the metro entrance with several metro lines to Manhattan and the JFK airport. The food market where one can find various delicious food, fresh fruits etc.is about 6mins walking distance. Restaurants, depar**ent store are within walking distance as well. Plus, If you are a Chinese food lover, the restaurant 'Xi Fu' that is about 1min walk from the hotel would be highly recommended to go for.
The counter staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to Anastasia who assisted and allocated a nice and quiet room with everything I needed as a solo traveller.
Price was reasonable considering the location.
Definitely would be happy to return if re-visiting New York!

The location is good very close to the metro stations. Lots of choices for shopping and eating. The room is of a good size. Nice floor to ceiling glass wall. The only issue was the the air con is pretty noisy. Other than that it’s almost perfect.

I & my son stayed for 3 nights 3-6 October 2022. On Oct 4, 2022 we hang on the door do not disturb, the other dates nothing hang on the door. Unfortunately no single day they clean up the bed room, nor the bath room nor change the towel and nor add any coffe in the room nor take the garbage.
I have to call few times to make them come to my bed room and still no clean up the bed room. Nore worst the helper instructed me to bring out the garbage can and dirty towel!!!
Make me upset and keep yelling on him till he did it for us!

I had a nice stay there. Location was perfect for me. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Will definitely going to stay there again

Do not stay here. Pay the extra ten dollars and stay at the Hilton Hotel in Lower Manhattan. I have more respect for the cleaning staff than I do for the people they have hired to work the frontline staff. The room was clean and comfortable though.

We traveled as a group for one night in three rooms. We were there for a concert in Brooklyn. The location is great in downtown. There are parking lots next to the hotel. The hotel was great in every aspect for a 4 star hotel.
