Everything was relatively smooth. The room was on the smaller size, but the price was also cheaper than rooms for nearby hotels. It is suitable for a business trip.

Ótimo hotel na melhor localização de NY, em midtown entre a 5th e a 6th avenida. Staff simpático e prestativo e café da manhã bem honesto para padrões americanos. A limpeza é mto superior à média de NY. De quebra, se vc tiver sorte, pode ficar em um quarto com vista para o Empire.

Everything was very clean but the rooms are small even for NYC.. overall we would stay again, location is great and quieter than other areas. The only mention would be the air freshener in the public areas, I have really bad allergies so it was bothersome in the lobby and elevator.

Great location. Rooms are small but very comfortable with rainfall shower. Breakfast included is great. I would definitely come again.

The best hotel!! Shoutout to the gentleman who checked us in and gave us the most amazing room with Empire State Building views. We went on this trip for my partners birthday and it was the cherry on top. The hotel was very clean, no carpet which was a plus. Amazing job by the housekeepers who evidently worked so hard!! Only thing is that I wish the breakfast was atleast until 11am. Nonetheless, Will definitely visit again!

The soap Dove, the staff, this is the only hotel that I have ever stayed at and I love it so much, I love it’s always clean and comfortable. I tell everyone about it.

Our stay went great, the security is good in the building. Staff was really nice. Although it was New Year’s Eve and our floor was very noisy all night. Walls were thin. Room was okay in size but was tight by the edge of the bed. Great view of Empire State Building. On-site parking for free. I would stay here again but maybe not on New Year’s Eve just because of traffic and noise levels

We paid an extraordinary amount for the room. That’s on us. The room itself though was beyond tiny: too cramped really for two people. We rented a queen size bed. We got a full mattess probably because the room dimensions can’t accommodate genuine queen size.
