A pretty bad surprise awaited us as the Paul Hotel no longer is accessible to the public. A flurry of activities, both phone and e-mail, finally landed us at the TRYP by Wyndham. Forget the Paul Hotel!

They cancelled at last minute with no explanation. Trip put me somewhere else but I incurred additional$43 charge. Trip payed me back after several emails and phone calls.

Out of order, looks cheap ….. tiny hall…had to wait for getting another accommodation into a breakfast room not clean, hope they will arrange for a better look. Apart this location is quite good, Manhattan center

The hotel should be able to provide light breakfast. But the room service is good and the location is very close to any restaurant and entertainment area.

Quarto pequeno, porem satisfatorio para quem viaja sozinho e passa o dia fora, afinal o intuito náo e ficar no hotel e sim passear. Otimo custo-beneficio, bastante jovens se hospedam e pena somente o restaurante que ficaria na cobertura náo estar funcionando desde a pandemia. Tem cafeteira, frigobar e náo tive problema com os 150 dolares que informam que tem deixar em garantia, pois paguei em dinheiro e foi devolvido no checkout

After reading reviews on this hotel before we booked we noticed they had quite a few bad ones… thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt as I believe you shouldn’t solely go off other’s experiences. However, here’s another bad one… We didn’t even get the chance to come to the hotel as we’ve just had an email 6 weeks before our stay to tell us the hotel cannot fulfil our booking. Which ironically was amongst reviews we’d read prior booking. Disappointing really.
