NÃO RECOMENDO ! O ponto forte é o preço e a proximidade do metrô, algo em torno de quatro quadras. Solicitei um check in antecipado e me foi cobrado 50 dólares, ok. A cordialidade dia funcionários em sua grande maioria deixa muito a desejar. Mas o que marcou negativamente foi que após fazer o check-out minha esposa precisou usar o banheiro EM CASO DE EXTREMA NECESSIDADEinclusive chorando, e eles não permitiram e não oferecendo nenhuma outra opção pois não existe banheiro na recepção, foi uma situação tensa e constrangedora. Não pretendo voltar e não indico.

Reservation cancelled by the hotel without any explanation. I do not recommend. We had to look for another płace to stay for 6 people which isn’t easy on such a short notice. Just beware of this irresponsible hotel if you don’t want to risk additional expenses and inconvienience.

The motel is nice enough. Be sure to book directly with the motel itself, and not through a third party, or you will be sorry." Get A room.com" makes it impossible to get a refund for a cancellation. It cost me 1000$ to find this out. Do not use a third party booking, and never use Get A room.com !

We had our reservation canceled without any explanation by the hotel. A regretful atitude by the hotel because now we are close to our trip, with no hotel and will have to face higher prices on finding another hotel! Do not recommend it at all!

When our cruise ended the night before our return transportation to NC from NYC was canceled ours before due to hurricane Ian. We were basically vagrants with no place to go. I was able to get this hotel last minute nearby the port. They kindly kept our bags and allowed us to wait until our room was ready. It was cold and raining. We are very grateful to the staff for being so kind to 2 stranded people lugging 4 suitcases. And the hotel was really nice! Worth every penny. Big for NYC, clean and quiet!!!

The room was confortable and silent but not so big, the staff is kind, the hotel is close to a subway station, but the breakfast is poor. Luggage storage available also before check-in. A good option close to Manhattan and more cheap.

Location is Convenient, room was clean, bed was comfortable, reasonably priced compared to others, buffet breakfast was as expected offering coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, bagels and toast, fruit. I will definitely go back.

Convenient location near subway made this a great place to stay during a visit to Manhattan and Brooklyn. Room was clean and comfortable, with fridge, microwave, and TV, though a little small. Complementary breakfast was well-stocked.

First room had bed bugs and when I informed the manager I was told he’d get back with me and I didn’t speak with him until 3 hours later and then he decided to move my room with no apologie. I felt hopeless and treated like trash! This is by far the worst hotel experience!! Please don’t waste time or money at this property!
