the hotel reminds me of the old New York mixed with musical stages. the staff and services are very good and professional.
the only issue I noticed is that the location of the rooms and the walkway in each floor perhaps needs a safety net for the sitting are for the safety of the people sitting in the open top restaurant. Dropping objects from each walkway could be dangerous.

A city in itself. Live music is constantly available either in the lobby bar or the jazz club downstairs. Rooms are unusually spacious for NYC, and the architecture is fabulous. Food is great and the general atmosphere is lively and fun. Will return over and over.

My stay was unfortunately ruined by getting a bout of food poisoning after eating their oysters down in the main floor jazz lounge this week. Worst food poisoning I’ve had in a long time, highly recommend not eating here. The stay was okay. Best part about this hotel was the front desk concierge, they are super helpful and kind. Rooms are very loud and noise from the jazz bar travels into your room all night.

This was my first time visiting New York and my stay at The Roxy was really everything that I was hoping for. The live music was absolutely incredible, light guitar and singing in the morning with coffee and then jazz in the evening. This place is FUN. The music billows up through up to the 5 story high visible ceiling. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The energy even just walking to our room was pretty amazing. I loved being able to hear the music all the way up and watching from the balcony. Will be returning for sure.

I have stated this property before, I love the boutique feel, and the personalized service. Fantastic amenities, amazing location, and overall high-end experience.Absolutely will stay here again on my next trip to NYC !

It was generally okay however, there was a problem with the hot water system, and had to shower with cold water on a very cold day.
