I have paid for my room online before check-in. However, I was charged again upon checkout.... and it was paying for a room that was not under my name!!
Thank God I double checked. The staff checked and made a refund to my credit card without any expression or apology. It was so stressful to try to settle this while catching the shuttle bus.
The driver looked friendly but I was taken aback when he shouted rudely at my aged mother who was hesitant at the door because the two front rows were all taken up and she has difficulty moving to the back row. A younger lady then offered her seat to my mom.
When I had time to check my credit card bill later, I realized that the refunded amount was less than the amount wrongly charged to my card! I wrote to their guest relations but one and a half month later, I still have not received any reply from them. Although the shuttle service was prompt and room was clean and quiet, I probably will not stay there again.
