酒店前台态度惡劣，住过很多酒店，沒碰到这样的，特別差勁，私人护照和信用卡，酒店問都沒問就被拷貝了，还得到回应说那不要住，其实是因为当日附近的酒店都沒房了才定这家，特別差的体会，地雷酒店，沒有设備，东西都特別旧，也沒有冰箱，酒店方还怕我们弄坏他的东西😆

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff very great view of the manhattan bridge very very nice I enjoyed it here

Unbeatable view of the Manhattan bridge and partial One World Trade ctr, as well as the location being at the entrance of China Town is the highlight. On the low side of things, asked for a refrigerator rental which they quoted $20 at first and then decided to raise to $40 saying that $20 is a daily rate?The beds were way too saggy and sprung out which gave us backache, and the comforter didn’t seem to have been washed in a while as it stunk. Other than the issues mentioned above, all others were well.

This place was nasty! The curtains were stained with unknown bodily fluids and or other liquids. The carpet was worn and filthy. The bathroom sink was missing a stopper and only had a dirty rubber sink stopper. There was a nasty fly in my room who seemed hungry because he kept trying to eat my chinese take out food. The front desk staff said there's no other rooms and didn't offer a solution nor apologies for the fly. The corner of the bathroom mirror was broken but they tapped over the cracked edges. (Guess they were concerned with the saftey of their guests so scotch tape took care of that?) The phone on the hallway rang loudly starting at 7am. We just couldn't take it so checked out at 9am. The floor creaked like an old house. The electric outlet was outside the bathroom and not near the bed. I will never ever stay there again. Not even if they paid me.

This was a hotel in a good location, clean, small rooms, good view and very comfy beds. Rather gritty location but we didn't feel unsafe, certainly gives you a more real perspective of NY than you might otherwise get.

The service was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room had a stunning view of the Brooklyn Bridge/LES. It was clean, comfortable and quiet considering how busy the area is. In the heart of Chinatown, easy walk to Nolita, East village and Soho. We always stay on the West side, so it was a new experience to be in the East.

Spacious, clean, amazing view, and the shower nozzle was worth everything. I wish I stayed longer than just 1 night.

Just an overnight stay. Hotel was clean and convenient. I do wish it had a little refrigerator though. It was a good stay.
