Victoria 1883

I haven't even arrived home yet and I am checking my calendar to book my next visit! My stay here was a dream. It was my first time in the area and from the time I arrived everyone was warm and welcoming. The entirety of the property was gorgeous as well as the guest rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept so well over the three days I was there. As well, the food was top notch and sitting at breakfast each morning created a sense of community among the guests that was nice to have as a solo traveller.

This was our 4th stay at the Victoria and it remains our favorite B&B. The owner Fabiola and staff Lisa and Sonda are warm and welcoming. The decor is chic and the rooms clean and well appointed. The gardens are beautiful. Chef Steven made us ginger lemonade and great eggs Benedict. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!! Susan and Dan

Our 4th time back to this jewel in Florida. The rooms are beautiful, the staff (Lisa, Sonda, and exquisite chef Steve Meese) is above and beyond.....warm and professional. There is always tea, coffee, and snacks available always, and the sumptuous breakfast that awaits each morning is deserving of a Michelin star. I can hardly wait until our next visit to Victoria in New Smyrna Beach.

Last week, my husband and I spend a lovely long weekend at Victoria 1883. We’d like to thank the owner and staff for making our getaway even more memorable by upgrading our room and gifting as with a bottle of sparking wine in celebration of my birthday. The room was immaculate clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The chef made breakfast was delicious on every day of our stay, french omelet, egg benedictine, frittata, lemon cake, chocolate donuts, cinnamon cake, freshly brewed coffee, peach and orange juice. We also enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the common areas and grounds. Thank you and congratulations on your gorgeous B&B.

The best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in, hands down. Gorgeous property, beautiful rooms, delightful staff and delicious food. I'd give 6 stars if available. Very clean, fresh flowers everywhere, high quality linens, comfortable bed, peaceful vibe, nice toiletries, just top of the line all the way. Highlight - sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine looking out over the ancient oaks and a water view. Next time (and there will be a next time) we would like to try the speakeasy!

I chose this estate to propose to my beautiful girlfriend and now fiancé. We loved everything provided to us. Extremely helpful accommodations were made by Lisa, Fabiola, the Chef, and all other staff members present here. The hospitality and ambience was above and beyond any other place I’ve stayed. The room was magnificent, the decor was spotless, the room was quiet and calming, had plenty of alcohol options for my fiancé and her friend Italia. The breakfast was phenomenal, and everything was worth more than every penny spent. My fiancé mentioned that it felt like a home away from home and I couldn’t agree more. We didn’t want the staycation to end and we are already planning on coming back to this estate to take in more of the area!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff is second to none, the property is charming and everything and everyone was on point. Food, service, accommodations and atmosphere. We’d definitely come back. Stephen the executive chef is a great guy it a great cook too. We’ll definitely be back again.

100/10 experience! We just had our wedding here this weekend and it truly was the most magical weekend of our lives. We were fully taken care of all weekend. The venue is GORGEOUS, the staff is so kind and helpful, the chef is so talented and made accommodations for my food restrictions, & all of our guests couldn’t say enough about how stunning and perfect the venue was! Truly a fairytale. We will be back!

My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in. We asked for a TV and they were great about getting us one. Water temperature was a minor issue as it took a while to warm up, and a shower wand would also be little touches that could have made things better. I’d have liked some reed diffusers placed around for some extra scent boosts to make it just that much more pleasant. Minor quibbles though. We’d definitely come back for another relaxing weekend.
