We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance. The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay. In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

O hotel está localizado EM UMA Grande área.O serviço era profissional e amigável.A sala de jantar para jantar e cocktails estava fechada; o bum.O pequeno-almoço era limitado.Os waffles belgas eram SUAS especialidades. Os almoços eram UMAs sopas, saladas e duas entradas, MAS as quartos eram limpos, MAS tivemos que mudar de quartos devido a um WC contínuo. O escritório tinha mencionado a compensação, mas não recebemos nenhuma até agora e ainda temos de receber o nosso e-mail.

This place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or ***** smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weatherstripping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a sketchy up and coming neighborhood. They have street parking only which was plentiful and said there was security roving through neighborhood. Never saw them but our cars were fine. Good idea for a small neighborhood hostel/hotel. Decor was simple and so cute throughout and it comes with a MW and fridge. The attached coffee and bar was nice.

I had a wonderful business stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including meeting venues and great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

A localização do hotel também é boa. Perto Da Rua de Baibe, a manhã do hotel é Muito geral, Muito simples, a Luz é escuro, e a configuração é Muito antiga. O restaurante Da Rua do hotel ainda é recomendável. A reprodução deve tentar, a comida mexicana também é boa, De acordo com OS Americanos, Nova Orleans é o Lugar Melhor para comer comida americana. Passa por muitos lugares americanos. Meu sentimento real é também que a vida inteira vale a Pena tentar.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

The plumbing was bad the tv didn’t work it took mist of my trip to get changed to a room with a working tv The only good think was moe the front desk manager he did everything in his power? To make it up to me

Passei uma estadia absolutamente maravilhosa neste hotel! Foi tudo perfeito: a limpeza das quartos foi incrivelmente limpa, a lenha muito confortável, o que me permitiu desfrutar de um sono de qualidade. A acolhimento era profissional e caloroso, e cada detalhe foi cuidado. Recomendo vivamente este hotel a todos aqueles que procuram um lugar onde se sentir bem e descansar completamente.
