Hotel confortável embora os quartos sejam pequenos, especialmente se viajando com malas e crianças.
Mas de uma forma geral o hotel é muito bom. Café da manhã ponto forte! A localização é ótima se vc pretende explorar a cidade andando ou por meio de rideshare ou transp público. Tb conveniente para explorar clubes de jazz da Bourbon, pq fica a menos de 5 min andando.
Vale ressaltar que o local à noite merece atenção pois fica distante da canal st, zona mais movimentada. Então se vc não se importar em andar à noite por locais pouco movimentados, pode ficar. Não ficamos com medo mas também não ficamos completamente confortáveis. Então se quer local mais movimentado, fique no French Quarter mais perto da região da Canal St.

We enjoyed our stay on our first trip to New Orleans. The hotel was within walking distance of Bourbon St. The front desk helped us book a city tour which we really enjoyed.

We arrived on a Saturday night, when the street was very busy and loud. The hotel itself was fine, and a room not right on the street might have been quieter. Staff were helpful, and the room was well-maintained. We did, however, think the layout (specifically the bathroom) was a little odd and the closet area needed a light. We had to use a phone flashlight to see the buttons on the safe. Breakfast was good.

The Best Western is on the edge of the French Quarter with mostvof the sights within 15 minutes walk.
The hotel is basic and clean. It looks like the pictures. The staff are friendly and helpful but do try to sell tours - don't take the tours without researching them as there are plenty of other companies offering the same thing.
The hotel is let down by the quality of the breakfast which is limited and disgusting. The fried eggs are like the rubber sole of a shoe - the server puts them out by hand by picking them up with rubber gloves. A little imagination with better quality cereals, fruits and cooked food for no additional cost could easily fix this.
I would stay on a room only basis.

Room was not as pictured on *******, could not close drapes completely, one chair for two people does not cut it. Room needed severe renovation.

Great all around, the breakfast was especially great. Curtains in the room should shut all the way though, this was hard to figure out, especially on the 2nd floor. A little odd.

Located in a quiet part of French Quarter. Walking dustancce from all attractions, restaurants and night life. Staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast is amazing. New dishes options daily. Perfect place for tourists.
