We thought this was a 5* property. The price you pay far exceeds the service, food, drinks, experiences you receive. This is our first time to a Sandals and sadly it will our last. The resort itself is a 3 star and I was hoping with great food and service it would be upgraded to a 4 or even 5 star. Sadly that was not the case. The food was average at best. Sometimes even not even edible. There is little to no fresh fruits and or local cuisine. The service is 1* as we didn’t find any of the staff to be friendly…it felt like they were just going through the motions and sometimes downright rude. The drinks were horrible as well … the bartenders had no idea what they were doing nor did they even care. I felt like I had to beg for a drink and getting anything top shelf was nearly impossible. We were told Tito’s is an up charge. Lol. Tito’s. . I honestly feel like all the other reviews are fake or they have never been to a quality all inclusive resort. After 4 nights of sleepless nights due to the thumping we heard until 1 am each night we requested a quieter room. At first we were told no they couldn’t move us and we decided to leave the next day. Magically they were able to accommodate the move and we decided to stay however the stay really didn’t get much better. The beach is really not swimmable as there is sea grass so we just hung by the pool each day to hear the same play list and crappy service each day. Save your money …go to another all inclusive where they actually want your business. You have been warned.

Sandals south coast was such a beautiful experience! This was our first vacation in 6 years and i am so thankful we chose this resort. Not only was the property gorgeous, the beaches were prestine but the staff was absolutely wonderful. Especially the entertainment team and the bartenders. The entertainment team has made it their top priority to give such beautiful performances. In every event you see , hear and feel the passion and energy. I have never seen people with so much talent. Major shout out to Jahmone,François,Odain Dialdo,keemo ,danellia ,brenda-Lee , shavia, melloy Christina , these performers give everything they have every night! Another HUGE shout out to the bartenders Courtney, Dennis, Isodale,ledgister and Steve you all have added so much joy and laughter to our late night bar hangouts or our pool bar experience . I truly enjoyed speaking to each of you bartenders AND entertainment team . Thank you ALL for for adding so much wonderful energy to our already beautiful vacation.

Went on our first trip in 10 years to this resort! It did not disappoint! We loved the food, room, and service! Keeni, Tracy, and Cassien went above and beyond helping us! They helped make our trip so fantastic! The whole resort was beautiful and the beach was amazing! We definitely hope to be back one day!

Best anniversary celebration ever!! We had such a fun time at "Sexy" Sandals South Coast!! The rooms were GORGEOUS and clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pools. Three great pools, wonderful restaurants, and great entertainment!! Our favorites were Diavo and Jahmon, who kept us laughing all week long l!! The over the water bar was a blast.....and the beach was very nice and clean. Can't wait to go back sometime soon!!

This was our first Sandals experience and it was great! Our only issue was they insist on taking care of your bags for you once you arrive, and they took an hour to get our luggage to our room. Other than that, we had a great time. The grounds are clean, the rooms are clean and the staff is so nice. The food and drinks are better than we’d experienced at other all inclusive resorts. We rented a cabana on the beach one day where a staff member brings you all food and drinks, we had Maxine and she was AMAZING!!! We ate at all the restaurants but one and liked them all, the sushi restaurant was our favorite. We would recommend this resort to friends and family.

My husband and myself were lucky to be blessed with Maxine as our cabana butler while at Sandals Southcoast. She made our day carefree and relaxing. She was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We will definitely search her out upon our return to the resort someday!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this resort for our 15th anniversary. We stayed in a roundoval located in "Smurf Village" and the "room" (think private villa) far exceeded a typical hotel room. It was extremely private and made you feel at home instead of a typical hotel room. Our butlers Tevar (Papa Smurf) and Kevin (Grandpa Smurf) were AMAZING!!! They made sure we had everything we needed and even anticipated things we hadn't yet thought of asking for or needed. They truly made our trip unforgettable! We spent most of days on the beach by Latitudes bar. This spot had the best beach swimming area in my opinion and the drinks were amazing! Our butlers reserved us a set of chairs and umbrella each day and ensured we had lunch and drinks throughout the day. If we weren't here we were back at our private plunge pool and Smurf Village pool that runs along all the Roundovals. We did not venture to the main pool simply because we wanted a more private intimate setting. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed just walking the property looking at all the beautiful landscape and design. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everywhere you walked someone greeted you with a warm hello! If you want to truly experience a week of luxury and relaxation then this is the place for you! Thank you Tevar, Kevin, and all the Sandals staff for a wonderful anniversary trip!

We had an incredible time. The staff really went above and beyond for us on several different occasions. Christie and Richard at Schooner‘s WERE TOP NOTCH!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resort compared to Ochi or Negril Sandals. If you go, you must ask for Richard to be your server, and Christie will be the one with the beautiful voice and warm embrace that will seat you. 10 out of 10 experience!!! Will definitely be re visiting!

Sandal South Coast was an amazing experience, made even more so by the awesome waitstaff: Meleisa, our personal assistant, Rayeon, the hostess with the mostest! And Takiya, our server at Schooners Seafood Grill! Each of the went above and beyond duty to make sure that my wife and I didn't want for anything during our honeymoon there. The Over The Water Bungalows were magnificent and enchanting! This was our first time in Jamaica and at South Coast, but it certainly won't be our last!
