The room was clean and tidy. The exceptional thing was the bed.. VERY comfortable. Firm, but yielding. And the pillows were very comfortable also, if a little small. Our only small complaint was that the room had a kind of smell like the carpets had been recently cleaned but not aired out. Still, we slept well, the room had plenty of towels and hot water, good coffee in the room, a microwave, fridge, the usual things. Their breakfast was also quite good, with excellent scrambled eggs, the sausage was well cooked (not like some other places we have stayed at.),and we especially like the the cinnamon flavored waffles. The coffee was also good there. I think we would have given the overall experience an "excellent" rating exceptional for the smell of the room.. a condition I am sure will be corrected easily.

I was a bit surprised at how shabby the place looked. The carpet in the hallway was very badly stained all up and down. The room had several places on the wall that were damaged. The breakfast was good but lacked variety. We stayed there 4 nights and the hot items were the same every day. The staff was very friendly and by and large did an excellent job. With a little love and care this place could be much better.

Had a first floor suite with 2 queen beds, beds comfortable and clean. The rugs were stained, room had a musty smell, the walls need to be painted. The suite had sofa and coffee tables that were very outdated. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a good variety.

Shocked at how great this place is for a Comfort inn. The room was very nice with a business class type vibe . Rate is cheap . 120. For the night and I think u can find less . I’d stay again if I was traveling through . Staff excellent . Breakfast with scrambled eggs , sausage and make your own hot waffle ? Outstanding ! Kudos to Staff and Management .

We stayed here on our way home from Philadelphia because we wanted to go to Shady Maple Smorgasbord. It was just a few miles away. The front desk staff was very nice & personable. Had an accessible room which had a tub, shower chair, higher toilet, & grab bars all around tub & toilet. Very nice. Bed was comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast was good & very clean & well set up. Good variety & nice size room to eat in. My only complaint was no room with roll in shower which is so much easier with our mobility issues. In talking with front desk I found out there is only one accessible room in this inn of 69 rooms which to me is not acceptable. They r in middle of being bought out & were to have renovations done so it would be nice to have more accessible rooms added. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. No pool or hot tub but it was not deal breaker.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. Our room was very clean and nice layout. We were on the top floor which i requested which was nice. The beds were nice and firm. We were there for two nights and the breakfast area was fantastic. The selection was awesome and the hot food was hot! Real good coffee too.

Average hotel but expensive. My total bill for one night was just under $200.00. Thought that was a lot in New Holland, PA Hotel clerk did a great job put us in a room far away from the youth soccer team staying there!!
