Room is okay but very basic and a bit dingy. Has no windows, no utilities like a watercooker and it doesn’t come with a complementary bottle of water. The room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The bedsheets and chairs were stained, not very clean-looking, plus there was lots of dust in the room. Communication with the hotel went very poorly, the desk staff wasn’t so friendly and the ***ager not accommodating at all. I pre-ordered a taxi two days in advance, to get from the airport to the hotel, and they forgot to book it. After I contacted them because there was no taxi, they booked a new one but it took very long and I ended up waiting outside the airport for 1,5 hours. When I arrived in the hotel they still made me pay the full amount for the pick-up which to me seems super inappropriate. They offered nothing to co****sate, after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation clearly they didn’t seem to care. Someone from the staff knocked wrongly at my door at midnight, waking me up while I was trying to get some sleep before my 3AM flight. I don’t know why because I put up a ‘non-disturb’ sign. The hotel was not quiet at all. People were running down the hallway, talking very loudly in the lobby and playing music/watching tv on high volume. Doors were being slammed closed in the middle of the night. On the positive side, the food was decent. To me the overall price was too high for what I got in return, but at least the hotel was close to the airport. I would advise the staff to pay more attention to what they’re doing and taking better, friendlier care of the customers. The staff seemed highly incompetent. I chose this hotel to get some rest during my long layover, I would not advise anyone to choose this hotel.
