First time New Delhi. Why I decided this accommodation. Cuz they have airport pickup service. But they asked me about charge 1k rupee.but They will refund me
Staff take care me and complimentary was chai and coffee.
But bath room was not good condition because there’s weird smell and no toilet paper.

Located at a greater distance from New Delhi than appears on the site, in a corner. 20 minutes walk to New-Delhi station. 30 minutes walk to airport metro.
AC worked fine but the bathroom stinked. Sheets and blankets seemed to be clean but considering the overall cleanliness, i am not quite sure.
Reception and service was good. Check-in & Check-out were smooth.

日本人の方は絶対泊まらない方がいいです。
1.立地
これはいいです。通りから離れているので、インド特有のクラクション音はそこまで気になりません。それでも壁が薄いので神経質な方は耳栓必須です。
2.清潔
これが最大の難点です。ベッドのシーツはしばらく代えていない感じです。コップも洗ったように見せかけて洗浄済みのカバーをかけていますが、洗っていません。
3.お風呂
お湯が出ると書いてありますが、出ません。
4.フロントの対応
シーツの交換を依頼したところ「あとで持っていく！」と快く受け入れてくれましたが、持ってくることはなく、結局汚いままでした。
また、結果的に2連泊しましたが、1泊目の夜にTrip.comの窓口を通じて2泊目のキャンセルを申し出たところ、認められませんでした。
ホテル側の言い分としては、「ほかの部屋のタイプに変更したため」とのことですが、一切の対応を受けていません。平気で嘘をつく人たちです。
結論として、日本人の感覚からするとやめておいた方がいいです。
グルガオンあたりなら綺麗なホテルをもっと安価で宿泊できます。

Not a good place to stay with family. Whole night there was noises of foreign tourists who were sitting at the staircase. Few drunk ones even knocked on my door and tried opening the door. Not recommended even for unmarried couples leave family members.

We ended up accepting the fourth room we were offered after three previous three had a combination of toilets that didn’t flush, showers that didn’t work, cockroaches or front doors that didn’t lock - other than by using the managers key that got access to all rooms - which we were offered for our stay !! My only positive comment is the bed was quite comfortable. We were then ‘done’ when we booked a taxi from the hotel to the airport, where they got us the cheapest, smallest, noisiest car with no air conditioning. I can’t explain the two entirely different views of the hotel other than by suggesting the positive ones are not from real guests - that’s the only possible scenario

Bad smell in room. Only hot water coming in washroom. Cold water not coming. Cockroach roaming in rooms. Glasses were dirty which were kept covered in room. Hot water cattel not available in room. This is not the first time i'm staying in this hotel. But now condition is not good.

Awesome stay, awesome staff, clean room and washroom. A pleasant stay for the family. Locality is quite backward but the hotel is superb for family stay

During my solo stay at the hotel, i found the experience quite satisfying. The room provided was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff’s response was commendable; they were attentive and accommodating, ensuring any queries or requests were promptly addressed. Their hospitality enhanced my overall experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.
