This condo overlooks the crystal-clear Comal River. Get out just steps away from your own backdoor or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of âCruising down the Riverâ â perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only a half of a mile away. So many things to do youâll want to stay forever!
The kitchen opens into the dining and living area and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs! The dining table seats 6 and there is room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. Amazing living room that provides a fabulous view of the river and is perfect for gathering to play games or for watching TV, and in the evening the couch folds out into a queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed that can retract into the wall and add additional space.
