This was the worst hotel stay of my life! “Peggy” claimed to be the manager and was the rudest individual that I have encountered for quite a while. What ever happened to customer service? See my other review for further detail below. If I could give less than one star I would. This was the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The manager a blonde who said her name was Peggy was even worse. Looking for a way to contact corporate about our experience—Allow me to further explain my review since you felt the need to defend yourself. My issue was not solely the power outage. My primary issue was your attitude when I told you we had some unfortunate events. You were immediately ready to argue instead of offering any type of apology. While I understand power outages are out of your control, the power flickered several times over. Every time it did your alarm clock blasted uncontrollably in my ear even though no alarm was set. In addition, housekeeping began beating on the door at 9 am. Had any one reviewed the check in time we stopped due to being extremely tired after 2 am. By the time we were settled it was after 3 before getting rest. In addition to that, correct me if I am wrong, but part iof the entire reason people pay for a hotel room is to have peaceful rest with lights and air conditioning!! Which we had for a very short time prior to falling asleep then was awakened multiple times in a hot sweaty room! Respectfully with your attitude & the interruptions we experienced, I will sleep in my car before I ever support your business ot your bad attitude again. I politely asked you for managements contact & you would rather argue & make excuses for your attitude than to be concerned about your customers & their stay. You refused to give me the proper contact. Rest assured everyone will know about this experience & your inexcusable attitude. I work in sales and customer service and I rarely complain, but if you are that miserable perhaps you should find a new profession.

Lobby is sealed off. You walk into an incredibly small glass room just to be told if you live within 50 miles of the hotel, they do not allow you to rent the room. We booked a smoking king room and of course there is no smoking in any of the rooms. We are having work done on the house and needed to stay out of it for 1 night, so we booked this hotel. There is no coffee or breakfast in the lobby and there is not a coffee pot in the room. Room is very basic, and bed was horrible you could feel the springs. This was by far the worst ever hotel I have stayed in!!!!
